Had a great experience obtaining a loan through Sucasa. Very easy process and lots of flexible options for first time buyers that don’t exist with other lenders. Highly recommend!

Part way through saving my deposit and found myself looking to buy sooner than hoped. Uploaded all paperwork to sucasa to understand my options - received a very professional call 2 days later outlining several paths. Many would have been great had I not been so fussy about what I wanted, so although I won’t be proceeding, it was actually at Sucasa’s own recommendation. I respect a company who will listen to your needs but then say “we’re not for you” if things don’t line up. A breath of fresh air - good sign of an ethical company in my view.

The process from application to pre-approval was seamless, very easy to understand and the staff very helpful. Mario was great! Now to find a house so I can review the rest of the process!

We had requested options from 2 mortgage brokers and 1 Credit Union - as they were not responsive and we were very keen to place an offer on a home we had found - a Google search for a 5% deposit loan led us to Sucasa.

We were a little dubious at first as it sounded too good to be true but we decided to submit an application anyway. It was like Sucasa and their products were tailor made for people like us. Pre approval was granted super quick and the offer beat the other options that eventually came through from the mortgage brokers and credit union we had approached.

Mario just got us and what we were trying to achieve. His assistance throughout the borrowing journey has been invaluable. To have a co-founder of a company act as your concierge makes the service provided even more top notch.

We look forward to our settlement date mid May and wish Sucasa every success in the future.

Very unique product that is suited for first home buyers with minimum deposit. Their founders took special interest in helping me understand the intricacies of navigating the process of preapproval and helping me get the maximum loan amount while following prudent practices of lending which gives you a comfort of their business continuity model and transparency.

Their product structure is great for someone who understands the trade off between entering the property's market late with 20% deposit vs paying an additional fee for a low deposit (entering the market now).

Entire onboarding process was done online with out stepping out of home.Truly digital .
