Botox didn’t work on left side of lip. I’ve never had this problem before. First nurse tries to teme there’s no difference. Perhaps an eye exam may help her. Then they want to charge me to fix their error. Previous Botox injections weren’t done by tapping then injecting. It was administered very quickly. I would 100% never recommend this clinic again

Visiting skin Vitality was great they explained everything they would do for the cool sculpting and I would definitely get it done at a later date. I just didn’t have $2700. for two visits I would need. So when I save the money I will definitely give it a try

I had a pleasure of meeting Mieke and reconnect to Nicole (the nurse who did my botox injections). It was a follow up appointment after two weeks from the intial injection time- it was done natural and they never enforce/oversell anything that isn't necessary. I really appreciate that they understand individual anatomy and doesn't recommend unncessary treatments. I also asked some questions to Mieke about micro needling and got my questions answered. I will definitely be back for botox or microneedling treatments to address some skin concerns of mine. Thanks ladies. Also receptionist is very kind. I appreciate their honesty and what I will benefit or not benefit from the services. Thank you ladies !

I just recently had my crown done and spent the 375$ and it made no difference . I honestly think it’s a scam. I had my lips done there as well just recently and spent 375 as well and it lasted a day . I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone.

I appreciated that the focus was on my concerns, versus an analysis of what someone else perceived needed work on my face. This allowed me to completely trust the process and recommendations. Everyone was attentive, friendly, and thorough.

Irena at the Stoney Creek location is an absolute master of her craft, she takes her time to get to know client goals and is very conscientious about the treatment - it never feels like she’s trying to upsell you or provide you with unnecessary options that’s don’t meet your goals. The team is very friendly overall and the clinic is very clean and professional.

I had my second laser treatment for the spider veins on my face and was really impressed with Wonda and the work she did. I was a little apprehensive going for the second time as my first experience wasn’t what I expected and was a little disappointed in the work. I’m looking forward to my third appointment in a few weeks. I was also grateful for the communication from Skin Vitality to find out more about my concerns.
