On google they have meta description…

On google they have meta description stating that they do instant cashout, after the doing trade, they say they don't offer cashouts and we can only buy other stuff from their website, with higher prices. so basically they get your money and never pay back.

Because of this, we’re not able to fully investigate what happened on your side. Please note that SkinsMonkey does not remove items or funds from user accounts without reason.

If the items were removed from your account, this was most likely due to another user reversing the trade directly on Steam. While we do everything we can to protect buyers during trades, the reversal process is handled entirely by Steam and is unfortunately beyond our control. When such reversals happen, we make sure to refund the money to the users who lost items so that they don’t suffer the consequences.

clickbaiting people into believing they'll receive $5 for free on signup but it's one of these scams where you have to trade to receive it.

Scam

Honestly, I’m really disappointed with Skins Monkey.
I purchased a skin worth $12, kept it in my backpack for a few weeks, and its price went up to $20. Then, out of nowhere, the skin just disappeared.

When I contacted support, they told me it would show up again in a few weeks. After waiting, instead of fixing the issue, they simply refunded me $12 — and now they’re saying the skin was “sent back to the user” because of some issue.

Now they’re even saying they can’t refund the money or return the skin back to CS, which makes no sense. Like, how did the other person get the skin back, but not me?

If you can’t manage your platform properly, at least refund the actual current value, not just the old price. It’s not about a few dollars — it’s about fairness, transparency, and trust.

Next reply:- I was not able to transfer it to steam(i had no trade restrictions, also tried 5 times to withdraw in the last week) also why to mail when you have a website show it there on the skin not in the mail.

After a month :-they heared my voice and refunded amount to my balace so i dont have any problem now, so i have changed the review.

To start, your item did not disappear from your Backpack but was refunded in accordance with our 45-day rule. As stated in our Terms of Service and Help Center, items stored in your Backpack must be withdrawn within 45 days of purchase. After that period, items may be automatically refunded at their original purchase price. This system ensures fair management of inactive or unclaimed items.

In your case, the item remained in your Backpack beyond the 45-day limit. You also received six reminder emails during that period to help you avoid losing access to your item. Since it was not withdrawn in time, our system refunded the original amount used for the purchase.

We fully understand that different things happen, and you can not always follow the rules. We have a solution for such situations and can extend the period if you contact us and let us know that you need some more time.
