This is my third order in five years, and I’ve had a problem with every order. This time, two items have shipped and one is still outstanding a week later with no update or communication, and they’re impossible to reach on email. I have no idea how they’re still in business when they can’t seem to fulfil the most basic of e-commerce expectations.

Lottie has helped me so much and so fast!

She’s made me feel at ease that Skinnydip really do value their customers and will do everything they can to help!

Honestly some of the best customer service and communication I’ve received from a company!

Would I buy from Skinnydip website again……yes, most definitely!
I ordered 4 T-shirts and two of the items I received were the incorrect colour, mistakes happen so I wasn’t too bothered.
I contacted Skinnydip via customer service and Aiysha was quick to respond and very helpful. Aiysha guided me through the process and has arranged for the correct T-shirts to be sent.
I’m currently waiting for my new products to
Arrive. Very excited to receive them!
I have bought many T-shirts and sweat shirts from Skinnydip London and I’m ashamed to say that I’m addicted. 🤭 The quality of the clothing is excellent and they wash very well too.

Skinny dip has some lovely items. I would say that clothing is quite oversized so stick to your regular size or size down. I had some issues with my return, this process did take a while however after some communication with Lottie via email she was able to sort this for me. Thank you.

I've ordered two cases from them. I've received 1 first, but the 2nd one was never received. I've contacted them, and they've barely spoke or trying to work with me towards my purchase. After a few days, I bought the same came at their physical store. I've chased them and they replied saying that my order was replaced, and they were sending it back. They've sent both of the cases. So I contacted again as I returned them, no heard from them at all, checked if it was delivered, and the royal mail said it was. Contacted them through WhatsApp, talked with Amauche, and thanks to them, I had evefything sorted... but after a lot headache. Thanks Amauche, you are the best!

I ordered a couple of items and unfortunately 1 had a small defect (print on jumper had peeled slightly in middle of image) and i was offered a partial refund or free exchange on the item. The service i received from Amauche was 5 star. I got a reply from my initial email within 1 day and exchange was processed the very next day after i sent proof of postage of my return item. I could not be more happy with the service i received and will 100% be buying from Skinnydip in the future. Very satisfied customer. Both items i ordered seemed of very high quality and the defect was just unfortunate.

I had to make a return and Amauche was really helpful with all the information I needed to do this. I will definitely be using this company again that's why I give it a 5 star rating!

Had a frustrating experience with returning an item (they had my return for over 20 days & i didn’t receive my refund), but after reaching out, Lottie was very helpful & resolved the issue straight away in processing my refund & apologising. She was lovely, polite & understanding & helped find the reason it had happened. Thank you Lottie!

I had an issue with a tshirt I purchased so I contacted the customer service team. I was helped by Poppie who quickly resolved the issue, very happy with the service!

I have never had a problem with Skinnydip. I’ve been ordering phone cases for years from them and they’re great quality and cannot fault them. Recently I ordered a phone case, the one that arrived was not correct but as soon as I sent an email to let them know, Alicia sorted it within minutes. Alicia was lovely and helpful and I now have the correct case on the way and will continue to buy from skinny dip in the future.
