Leaking product and no response

I paid extra for expedited shipping and my item arrived in leaking condition. I have tried calling, no answer. I have sent email and same, no reply. Live chat is always unavailable. I can't get anyone to get back to me.😭

I love your products however I have a…

I love your products however I have a subscription for a few products and I want to cancel the subscriptions. I have tried to call multiple times and no one is available to talk to me. Nobody has called me back. I tried to email and it won’t go through. This is not a reputable company if you cant cancel subscriptions.
