Prices are great and genuine products sent. Main issue is subscriptions are sent without any prior notice (60 days after signup and no check if I actually need the product yet) and no customer service... See more

Great products
Excellent products delivered in a reasonable time frame. I really like when they have sales!
Horrible experience!!
Horrible experience!!! DO NOT order from this site!!! I ordered the wrong color foundation by accident, which I only found out when I opened the product (not used- but opened) and paid to return the item and get store credit (which is already bullshit) and after reaching out to them to see if they received my return (apparently they couldn’t be bothered to inform me when they received it) they then told me it was used and I would not be getting store credit or a refund. Insane. Do. Not. Waste. Your. Money!!!!!! They shouldn’t be in the skincare game if this is how they operate.
Looking forward to ordering online again
The Ease of Ordering made me a satisfied customer
I haven't received my product yet but it was so easy to navigate through the purchase that I'm sure you will get my hair mask promptly to me! Thanks for a great experience!

Easy to navigate website and generally ships very quickly!!
I attempted to cancel my order
I attempted to cancel my order - they still shipped.
Before I even received it, I requested a return RMA....and upon receipt, immeditely returned the product. It's been over three weeks since they received it back - no credit. I finally got a response that the "box was damaged" so per their policy, they were unable to give me a refund. It was not damaged when I shipped it back to them.
Fast delivery. Great products.
Always fast delivery. Always great products. Great customer service too!

Had a very hard time getting site to accept one of my payments. I now have 5 $1 pending payments that are mistakes. I hope the bank corrects this.
Lied and Untrustworthy
I previously ordered ZO Completion renewal pads and after a couple of weeks of not receiving them I inquired on the status. I was told they were out of stock. So, I cancelled the order.
This time I emailed your customer service prior to ordering the same item and was told the 60 day (which I wanted) was in stock. I immediately ordered (I even told your customer service that I placed the order). Then, after ~10 days I checked on the status and was told once again they were out of stock.
Untrustworthy.
Good price on a product I love!
I was shopping for a good price on the Elta MD UV Restore that I love, and SkincareEssentials had a very good price with their 30% off promotion. I placed the order, and about an hour later, I got an e-mail saying it had just shipped. Gotta love that!!
Fantastic and smooth!
Selling products that are not in stock…
Selling products that are not in stock and customers will wait forever. Need to follow up all the time and the only response you will get is sorry, items are not available.
No notification prior to subscription…
No notification prior to subscription purchase so you can make an informed decision whether you need to push the replenishment or not. Dislike that and feels shady.

I’ve been using Elta MD tinted sunscreen on my face for many years now. Great prices.
I ordered July 5
I ordered July 5 , after 11 days I tried to find out where is my order, it’s impossible to call because nobody newer call you back even after a lot of voicemails. Finally, customer service answered on my email, and said that they out of stock in some items , so they was waiting 11 days to said me that . I asked for refund , and now I have been waiting for refund more than week. Very bad experience, unfortunately!

You offer great products at reasonable prices. In particular, I purchased a 32 oz container of Zo Hydrating Cleanser. I love the product and your price is right!
