I first come across Skin and Shape from a TikTok live. I asked questions in the live about MJ and this helped with my nerves and curiosity. I made an easy application online and got an instant response. On the live and responding to me was Zuhra. She is honestly the most lovely person. We had a video conversation and she listened and supported me. I placed my order and the next day it arrived. The support and care is there. I made an error on my next order, I emailed and in minutes I had a response and my error was rectified. I have never experienced such great customer service. Zuhra is really dedicated to what she does and the support she gives to clients. Outstanding I wouldn’t go with anyone else. Service and care like this will go far! Amazing Service
I switched from another provider to skin and shape. It was effortless, efficient and was super easy to navigate the website with placing the order and filling out the details. I’ve never had video consultation before with any other online pharmacy I used so wasn’t expecting it during the process but I really appreciated this as it reassured me that that this pharmacy is legit and felt like I was being listened to and gave me the chance to ask any questions before started the treatment. This was a quick process and the pharmacist was very open and comfortable to talk with. The process of reordering the prescription is very easy and the service is always great with fast delivery. I’m amazed at how quick they respond to emails and they are very accommodating with helping out with cost of treatment with discounts. As well as I’m in control whenever I want to reorder - get a monthly email reminder when I need to and not constant spam of emails which I really appreciate. Very happy with this online pharmacy and will continue purchasing the treatment from here.

I am very new to starting MJ and came across this pharmacy on TikTok. Zuhra is one of the most loveliest pharmacists I’ve come across to date. Zuhra and Skin & Shape have really helped me over this last week when I’ve struggled with not only weightloss/jab related queries but also tried to help with other issues I’ve had related to my health problems. Nothing was ever too much trouble for Zuhra. This pharmacist are incredible at communicating so if you ever have any issues or queries your email is responded too VERY quickly. I am so happy I came across this pharmacy. I really felt at ease knowing this pharmacy cared about my pre existing medical conditions and really ensured I was safe to take this medication. From putting my consultation form in to delivery was incredibly fast despite having quite complex health issues. The TikTok lives have also being incredibly helpful & informative especially as someone that’s just starting using GLP1 medication (MJ). I will seriously be recommending this pharmacy for all my friends and family.
