The measure of an organisation is the quality of its staff
I've been researching options for a trustworthy, reliable and quality led organisation to deliver apprenticeship training. In the course of doing so, I had the great fortune to speak with Alistair; what a credit he is to Skills4Stem. I must admit, I'd never heard of this organisation before, I was sceptical. Alistair was down-to-earth, patient, honest and genuinely interested in how the partnership could best work to benefit both parties and, critically, the learners. He explained things clearly, talked highly of the organisation and I personally felt supported and respected; I was seriously impressed. Any organisation that attracts and retains a professional like Alastair clearly appreciate quality and customer focus.

Great support & encouragement
Good level of support and encouragement. Tara was very helpful in the first stages of the CMP course with Sonia providing support closer to the exam. Sonia gave me the confidence to take the exams (despite only starting the course 8weeks prior to the exam date) I am pleased she did as I passed!! On to the next stages of professional review for the MCIOB chartership.. almost there!
Only note I can make is that it would be very useful to gain some written feedback from the exam markers relating to the scoring, as per the previous answer examples.

All-round you have Good Tutors, helpful staff. I was getting on well till the coronavirus lockdown I found the webinars hard work due to poor internet connections with tutors cutting out in between lectures, as a result of this I have fallen way behind my targets for handing in outstanding modules hence why only 4 stars

The effect of Covid-19 on my studies!
Due to Covid-19 trying to manage full-time work, home schooling and studies (both the HNC and NVQ) has been extremely difficult. I have felt immense pressure to try and maintain momentum in all 3 areas, but this proved totally impossible. With the support of both my employee pathways manager and Tara the Skills4Stem Delivery Manager, I now feel my needs and concerns have been heard. Solutions have been found to accommodate all areas which have equal importance. My anxiety has reduced because of the assistance received, which means I am now able to progress with my studies.
