Skånska Energilösnigar struntar i garantiåtagande

Vid ett garantiärende där vår nya värmepump inte fungerade som den skulle anmälde vi felet till skånska energilösningar där värmepumpen är inhandlad. Pumpen inställd på 22 grader, det var 16 grader i huset. En tekniker kom hit och konstaterade att det kunde vara fel på en givare, men valde att inte byta den. Någon från kontoret ringer och påtalar att man får ha i åtanke att det varit ovanligt kallt så det är kanske därför den inte fungerar tillfredställande. Dagen efter kommer en faktura för felsökning. Helt absurt. Detta trots maskinen endast är 4 månader gammal och det finns heltäckande garanti. Riktigt usel hantering av Skånska energilösningar, ett företag jag inte kommer att anlita igen.
