It’s ridiculous how they treat there customers.
I ordered on the 21th of August and in exact 8 min I wanted to cancel my order, so I’ve send and email.
The response was, I am sorry but it’s 24 hours later, the order has been shipped already.
I asked for compensation and if they want to pay the return costs.
Everytime they keep saying no you were to late, even when I show them it was 8 minutes between ordering and cancelation!
After almost 1 month I received the order!!!
When I asked them for a return label, I don’t get any answer on my emails….
Now we are almost 1 month further and still no return label! 😱😣
I’ve been working on this since the 21th of August…….
SHAME ON YOU!!!!!!
