Home Survey
We found Steven to be prompt, reliable, efficient and helpful. His communication was brilliant, answering some questions we had following his survey of our soon to be new home. His survey was outstanding, very detailed and he offered numerous photographs to support. We have managed to get a reduction on the price of the house due to his survey and this will help to get the work done.
I have already recommended him to a friend, and their appointment was arranged quickly.
Really happy, would 100% recommend and definitely use again if needed.

Steven did both a valuation on our current property and a Homebuyers survey on a property we are purchasing. I had a good conversation with Steven before the level 2 survey was carried out and he addressed all of our points of concern - we had the report emailed to us on the same day too which was great!

I've used Steven a couple of times now for house surveys and always had great communication, very knowledgeable and explains things after verbally for me to understand. Steven is very thorough when completing surveys on properties and really takes the time to go through things and explain what next steps are to secure properties and make sure nothing Is a risk.
