Our work focuses mainly on RICS Level 2 Home Survey Reports (formerly known as HomeBuyer Reports) with or without a reflected repairs valuation. This type of survey report is the most well known and suitable for most properties for the majority of buyers. We also carry out standalone private valuation reports for your own use. Amazing survey report
Amazing survey report. Steven was unable to answer the phone when I initially called, but I left a voicemail and he called me back very quickly. He arranged our survey within 2 weeks and we received the report the next day. The report was so detailed, way more detailed than any we have paid for elsewhere in the past. We were especially grateful for the suggestions he includes within the report, on how we can maintain the property going forward and what can be done in order to avoid any issues in the future. Can not recommend Steven enough.
