Six Star experience
We booked our cruise with our concierge Elizabeth Wright who was extremely helpful. The booking was unable to be completed and was put on a wait list despite availability being shown on the website. Elizabeth dealt with it and kept us fully updated ensuring we booked the cruise as advertised.

Lisa Patterson's helpfulness and efficiency won her our booking. It was often difficult to get hold of individuals at other companies and they weren't particularly helpful, even at quotation stage.

Wonderful experience
This is the first time we have booked through six star cruises and it has been a great experience. I was so impressed with our Specialist Travel Concierge, Elizabeth, when I contacted Sixstarcruises last Friday to book a cruise/hotel holiday. I could sense from our conversation that she knew her job inside out and, while she dealt with me in a very professional manner, she was also very easy to talk to and spent a lot of time looking at all the options to put our holiday package together for us.
We have used Cruise 118 in the past but this was our first time of using Sixstarcruises, which a frequent cruise traveller had recommended, and it certainly won't be the last.
I very much appreciate all the time and trouble Elizabeth took with me and, if this is the standard of all your Specialist travel Concierges, I will definitely also recommend the company to friends and family.
