Where my stuff

Order parts for my car and payed over night shipping, it's now been 5 day and have not gotten anything. Can't get a hold of customer service.

Over kill

Delivery charge was a bit excessive for four small boxes of four spark plugs.I was going to order another set of eight,but the delivery charge was still 11 dollars which made it the same amount as the parts store,and I would have them the same day instead of a week later.

I’ve tried and tried and tried to talk to someone

I’ve tried and tried and tried to contact somebody from sixity.com to get an update on my order that I have shipped, still no update after about a week of “shipping” , sat on the phone for over an hour, listening to stupid music and then it just hung up after saying sorry no one’s available but you can email us, emailed them four days ago and it says 24 hours and I still haven’t had a response. Don’t recommend.
Saving pennies isn’t worth dealing with this hassle of customer service

Well, the part was delivered in great shape. It was for my dad, and he is happy about it. He's gonna put it in the car, which is amazing, and he is taking his time to do it. Thank you, SixityAuto.com, for delivering in such a short time. My dad was joyful about it.
