Shipping is misleading and although customer service was 'friendly', they still didn't do much. I paid for express 2 day shipping and it took over 2 weeks to get delivered to the wrong address. Horrible experience and highly disappointed.
*UPDATE* Yes, you refunded shipping but it still left me without a car for over 2 weeks! Plus they shipped with USPS after they told me they would ship with FEDEX or UPS and because of this it caused more issues. Just all around bad business.

The sent my spark plugs to another address. They duplicated my billing address even if I typed my correct shipping address. They are irresponsible.and have bad customer support. Don't buy from this store!

I'm updating this part because they replied, but I can't reply to their reply. I contacted customer support before leaving this reply. And they said they were sorry but that they couldn't change the address because it was shipped. That WAS A LIE! I emailed immediately after I saw the error, and they answered at noon the next day. The could have edited the address. They could add an edit address button, after you order. And they don't, and are not willing to add it. They made a mistake and were incapable of fixing it. They don't care about the customer, just about selling. Don't trust this company!

cracked pulley non return
bought harmonic balancer crankshaft pulley online at Wallmart from SixtyAuto with terms and condition of non returnable part. Came cracked pieces and scratches bends. So they selling in advance broken stuff But they did not want to accepted back thx to wallmart they make return happen. Do not buy anything online! Basically you paying only for picture what you see no actual real merchandise....this is ugh

Shipment arrived with all products via Amazon delivery, in a plastic bag!
Opened the bag. Denso boxes were torn open, damaged from shipping. Products seemed ok. Usable. However, there’s something you want to know about this business and my experience.
I called to verify my order and to question where the parts were coming from and even asked about Amazon.
I was lied to! They representative told me you can pay for the item on sixityauto website using Amazon pay, however the items ship directly from the supplier (Denso), not Amazon (lied to me).
Each of the items had someone else’s name on the packaging from a previous order/delivery and obviously returned a few years ago. Items are being re-sold and wouldn’t surprise me if these items came from E-bay. Obviously these packages were bounced around people like a pinball in a pinball machine.
When you tell me the items are coming directly from the OEM supplier, that means DENSO, not Amazon or e-bay. Obviously SixityAuto takes their time sending the parts either no tracking info because they don’t want you to catch on to how they are operating. I could have found better prices doing that on my own. Oil filter is so old (date code on can 2019) I’m afraid the “P” gasket is going to fail. Nitrile rubber deteriorates after 3 years (don’t use it).
When I order parts, I don’t want a bounced around pinball that went through 20 hands over 4 years and looking like it was pulled from the garbage can. I don’t want ancient parts that someone knocked the dust off.

This is an Amazon seller that re-sells returned old parts to make a profit. You won’t get new parts. Shipping is from Amazon, you’re playing Russian Roulette with this seller. Might get a good part, might not, but I guarantee it was in one or more peoples hands and returned.
My air filter and gasket had dust all over it and debris from people handling the part.
You might want to find yourself a better place to buy parts because this place is not sending you parts from the manufacturer. You’re getting returned merchandise that had been handled a lot.
Response from SixityAuto received. I’m not putting any more energy or effort into trying to make something right that should have been right to begin with. I have a Denso part with a different customer name on a sticker stuck on the Denso part box, from SixityAuto a couple years ago.
I don’t want to argue. I’m stating the facts. I have a photo of anyone wants to see it. I received returned and resold parts in cheap Amazon shipping bag. That’s enough for me. You can keep my $, I will keep my review. You have my info, I called you after my order was placed to verify where the parts were coming from. I don’t believe anything you say. I’m not providing my cell# or email because you will probably sell it and I’ll be dealing with solicitors next.
Maybe I should just snap some photos and submit a real review on BBB website. That way you’re not trying to obtain my info to validate a review.
If you take accusations of selling products that were returned from past sales, then maybe you would like to see the Denso Air filter box you sent me with another persons name on a sticker stuck to the box. Box is beat up, torn, holes from shipping & handling.
I know you’re trying to make it sound like I’m making accusations and that your business doesn’t operate this way. Well, i have news for you, it happened and I have the box to prove it.
Just accept it, it happened. I already accepted it. I wiped the filter off, vacuumed it out, blew it out and it’s in my car. But it was obviously a part returned from a previous customer that sat around for a longtime based on the date on the sticker stuck to the denso box.
Shipping air filters in a plastic bag? The cabin filter somehow made it through unscathed, box looks new, filter fine, but somehow the engine air filter box was damaged, holes, torn and the oil filter box torn. How does 2 of 3 boxes in the same bag get torn, holes, someone else’s name on it and one filter is unscathed? That’s not an accusation. It’s a fact. The Amazon bag was double bagged. Amazon bag was unharmed, not torn, not ripped no holes, but the boxes inside were torn with holes…that is questionable…..! Accusations?
I don’t know who you think you are trying to fool or kid, but I think the best thing to do here is cut ties, I will purchase my parts where I can walk into store or car dealer parts department and inspect the items being purchased next time.
You got some fancy convincing writing skills there pal, making it sound like your business walks on water, but you are not fooling this person.

It fits the transmission perfectly but the crossbar side didn’t fit it could be I have the wrong crossbar though I just drilled out the crossbar bar a little and it fit like a glove bolts are m12-1.75 nuts are the same
