Customer service from this company is amazing. No worries ordering from them and quick responses to any questions.

Their bracelets are listed as 925 Silver and they most definitely are not! Silver ISN'T MAGNETIC 🧲 and some of theirs is! Not just the clasps but the entire bracelet is magnetic. I fought with them to allow me to return it for a refund but they only partially refunded me.
They are LIARS AND THIEVES! BUYER BEWARE.

I ordered 4 silver items but only received 1 in silver — the other 3 were stainless steel. I reached out to the seller multiple times to fix the issue, but they completely ghosted me. No response, no resolution. Very disappointed with the service and lack of accountability. Would not recommend.

Fabulous jewellery. I buy as presents for my friends. Something for everyone. The company are quick to sort out any issues too. Beautiful designs and the pieces are at incredibly reasonable prices.

BEWARE,I purchased a piece of jewellery, necklace, as Strling silver,silver 925 .Arrived 12/2/25. Tested item this morning, 13/2/25(I worked as a jewellery maker for 40 years) and the item is NOT sterling silver, it has no silver in it at all.

Irresponsible! I had told them at the time of my purchase that they should leave the package at the door of my apartment, not in the mail area, and they left the package in an area vulnerable to theft and that's what happened! They stole the package. Now they won't replace my purchase or my money. Disgusting service!

I will contacting trading standards and will sue your company for fraud fake silver you have sold me claiming it is 925 which it is not,you should be ashamed of yourselfs ripping people off absolutely digusting special place in hell for people like this but don't worry trading standards will be investigating you i promise you that!!

My first experience buying from them and the last they are scammers as the majority of reviews show braclet advertised as sterling silver showing 925 mark in advertisement is only cheap metal not silver used the same excuse they would contact vendor thank goodness I bought through pay pal deal with this company at your own expense.

Tried to send email to cancel current order within 30 minutes 3 times Response says NO VALID RECIPIENT/EMAIL ADDRESS NOT VALID.
SCAM COMPANY! After reviewing TrustPilot negative reviews learned bracelets NOT FULLY 925 SILVER AS ADVERTISED. CHEAP CHINA FAKES.

Ordered "silver" pendant. Sold me a sh"t, what not even looks like they show on their official page. There's nothing about silver. Behind the stamp S999🤣 on sh"ty piece of cheap steel .

They are selling fake jewelry as 925 sterling silver! When contacted about the situation they said they would check with the vendor. It is all a hoax, and they are using a UK address on the website. Now they stopped responding to my emails. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE SCAMMERS!!!

I bought two bracelets from them and they are not Sterling Silver. After 5 months of wear the silver is coming off and the metal is brass color. When I contacted them initially they responded and acknowledged my email, but they have not responded to my multiple requests for a refund. They are scammers and it's a wonder how they have not been sued and shut down yet but they need to be stopped!

This company is a ripoff I bought a bracelet of them and it was the wrong size I contacted the seller and said that I had concerns that it wasn’t silver. There response was to request I return it and they would cover postage but would require proof of postage. But it’s not possible to get the proof without paying for the postage so they gave me a screenshot of the cost from the post office till screen which I sent to the seller and have heard nothing since. So I contacted PayPal to investigate and they decided to side with the seller because I hadn’t returned the bracelet so thanks to PayPal I have lost £25 and the seller is laughing all the way to the bank so use this seller at your own risk. And I would use another way of paying because PayPal aren’t really interested

When this company advertises an item as sterling silver IT IS A BLATANT LIE. If that doesn't bother you then order away, I only get ripped off once. Will forget I ever did business with these charlatans and move on.

This bracelet is not sterling silver despite the clasp ( which may be) being stamped. I have been wearing it a few months and the links are discolouring leaving a brown brass type metal underneath. I understand they are a good price but should not be described as 925 sterling silver when they are not!

Still waiting for confirmation that my order has left as the tracking number and company transporting it seem to have not collected it from Sixcharacter. Getting misleading information and have asked for a refund after 2 weeks .

Bought some bracelets all with S925 on them. By chance had two tested today in Gold Reserves and they scanned them.
The advertised Sterling Silver Bracelets with S925 on them from this company were actually made from copper/other metals, plated with a very small amount of silver. I have asked for a free shipping return label and have already contacted my cardholder.
