Scam or poor marketing. Absolutely disrespectful attitude toward customers.


Total disrespect and lack of transparency. The company claims to be based in EU but yet they only seem to ship to Russia (Yugoslavia is on the list?🤯). So I suppose the company is mainly doing business there. Why post every day on social media and make an impression you’re a European company? Sounds like a scam and very poor marketing.

Apart from that, I contacted them several times via Instagram and emails. Messages are seen and ignored, they even deleted my comment under one of their posts where I was trying to find out what their shipping options are.

So disrespectful and unprofessional. I’ve never had such a terrible experience in my life.
