I never expected to Refund approved, delayed for months, then deniedspend months…
I never expected to spend months chasing a refund that was already acknowledged and approved by the company itself.
Before registering for Mental Millionaire, I clearly explained that I could only attend if the event would take place near Woodland Hills. Anthony personally confirmed to me in writing:
“It will be close there 100%.”
After I registered and paid $5,000, the location was changed to Marriott LAX, making attendance impossible for me as an international attendee traveling from Israel.
Anthony later acknowledged the situation, told me “that’s on us, not you,” and offered me:
“Full refund of the $5K.”
From that point forward, I spent months following up through WhatsApp, email, support forms, Instagram messages, and even phone calls.
I received repeated promises such as:
* “It will come through in 10 days”
* “I’m working on it with the team”
* “Approved refund”
* “I’ll get back to you this week”
Yet no refund was ever processed.
After months of delays, repeated resets of the conversation, and being asked to explain the same situation again and again, I finally received a final response saying the refund request was denied due to company policy.
What disappointed me most was not only the decision itself, but the way the entire process was handled.
I truly hope no other customer has to go through this kind of experience.
