Singer Sewing Outlet is amazing. Fantastic prices, excellent quality equipment you’d expect from Singer and great customer service. Would highly recommend. Thank you Singer 🙂

Descriptions were helpful in making my selection. Seamless to place order and delivered when stated. Messages on delivery which made it easier to be around when delivered.

Scam company! I bought a dress form in April which was faulty. Customer service didn’t reply for about a week after each message, there is no way to speak with someone on the phone, I finally got to the stage where I could return the dressform in May and still haven’t recived my refund! I have been chasing this up for months. Now to be told the dress form is not faulty and they are returning it to me! End of July! I just want my money back. Do not buy from this company if you want good customer care

Ultimately, I didn't get a Singer machine from Singer Outlet. They were let down by Singer themselves not having the machine in stock to ship. Although, it wasn't clear that this is what would happen and that Singer Outlet didn't have stock themselves. However, Singer Outlet were great throughout the process. I knew what I did and didn't want in a machine, and they made a couple of suggestions to look at based on this via their Chat facility on the website. These were spot on, and I chose one. So my requirements were listened to and well understood. I placed my order, with a selection of accessories, and I received good and useful tracking info on the status of all items, which were all at a good price. My issue came with the timely dispatch of the machine, which wouldn't have arrived during a period when I was at home, and in line with my initial expectation from info on the website. Any other time, this would have been OK, just not at the moment. However, I had an excellent email exchange with Connor who was very quick and polite with his responses, transparent with his status updates, and ultimately with cancelling the order and issuing a refund. I would recommend Singer Outlet, just a shame they were let down by Singer themselves.

I love Singer outlet!
They’re my “go to” for all things crafting and sewing related!
The huge selection of quality products at great prices always impresses me and the first class service I always receive is fabulous!

Really great prices and fast delivery. Also amazing team, which is helpful any time to respond to queries. Any problems regarding my sewing machine is answered fast and helpful online.

Helpful and knowledgeable sales people.A free gift was omitted from the order but a quick phone call immediately rectified this.
Very pleased with the sewing machine -I went to Singer to replace my original Singer model that finally died after 50 years,so that’s recommendation enough.

We can rely on excellent Customer Service, top quality goods, keen pricing and fast delivery every time we order from Singer Outlet.

I have ordered several items and they have all arrived on time and are as described.

Very helpful, knowledgeable staff on your chat function and also on WhatsApp. Clear communication throughout. Whole package of machine and my chosen accessories were very good value for money compared to all other sites I checked. Machine is exactly right for my needs and I am delighted with it.

Great prices and excellent customer service
