I had a very negative experience with a car rental company after they charged me 630 euros for a very little damage at the front side. Luckily Sincera covered this without question and approved the claim within 2 Days! Very good service so far, just waiting for the payment to arrive back into my bank.

I was a bit concerned after a stranger drove into our hire car, I’d paid for ‘full cover’ but I thought they might try to get around it somehow/some small print as I never go into detail with insurance as I’ve never needed it before. I sent them my claim and they responded straight away asking for the bac number, because they responded so quickly I assumed it was an acknowledgement of the claim and didn’t realise they’d asked a question until a week later. I gave them the bac number and they responded saying the claim was successful and I’d receive payment in 15 business days. Extremely happy with the service

Honestly, amazing experience. The claim was fast and simple. Took less than 15 minutes. And they responded within ONE DAY! LOVE IT!!!

This insurance company were excellent. Easy to contact. Online claims form was simple to complete and no problem uploading documents. (Claimed €152 for a lost/stolen hubcap, crazy charge by car rental company!!!) Once submitted an email was immediately sent to me explaining the following process and time scale. I received a result and claim approval within two days, no quibbles, amazing. I have now been informed that the money will be in my bank within the next 15 days. Booked the insurance through Dicovercars.com - the full coverage. Unfortunately, we chose Felirent in Olbia airport as a car rental company which proved to be clear scam. However, the full coverage insurance worked for us as the claim settlement was really quick (reported on Saturday, approved on Monday - i.e.. during first working day). Seamless service.

The first time in my life that I got a confirmation from an insurance company that fast. (I submitted the form and got confirmation for my claim within 2 hour), which is absolutely amazing!

In Malaga, I had a very negative experience with a car rental company that tried to sell me insurance that was three to four times more expensive than theirs. After returning the car, they charged me €234 for a scratch that occurred in their parking lot (I had a flight before the rental company opened).

Today, Sincera processed my complaint within a few hours! I'm waiting for my refund.
