Absolutely fantastic. I'm so glad I found SimplyCook, as I have a 14 month old and I've never enjoyed cooking, but this has not only made it enjoyable for me but really helped me learn how. I've recommended it to my sister too who has a baby. Honestly one of the best things I've discovered in a long time. They're also very helpful when contacted which is a huge plus

I loved these boxes of meals, 4 in a box, each one different, and all you need is the meat, or even if you're a vegetarian, these sachets in these boxes have an amazing taste, each one different. They are meals of all different strengths, from mild to strong; I wanted to try these they are exactly want i wanted i not great with spices you can do want i did & you can try with your finger and add as much as you like of the sachets on to the meat veg or want ever you want to use you have choices from the meal menu & instructions —you're in control. following the meal instructions on how to make the meal in the picture using the different spices. I wanted to try these different meals; there are 4 meals in a box, and they are tasty meals. I recommend them. please give them a try you can cancel when ever you want, if you have a problem just ask and they will help in any way you need.

I used to use Hello Fresh and never had a single problem for over 2 years but I stupidly decided to try Simply Cook.

My very first Simply Cook box simply never arrived.

Whilst I appreciate that this may have been the fault of the courier, it did not inspire me with any confidence so I cancelled my subscription.

I never got to try the food so I can't comment on whether it's any good but based on my experience I would not recommend Simply Cook.

We have been subscribing to Simply Cook since 2014. It far outweighs the other 'home cook' services as you have flexibility in the ingredients you choose and the quantities. The spice boxes fit through your letter box so you never miss a delivery. The App is super simple to use and allows you to swap and choose the recipes and spices you'd like delivered - or simply allow Simply Cook to select on your behalf.
I think that our long subscription to the service demonstrates just how good Simply Cook is. We would Highly recommend you try it!

I was offered a free trial- so I took it. Then a week later I saw a payment coming out of my bank. I looked into this, and saw in the tiniest of small print it said if you accept the free trial you are automatically signed up to a subscription! So I tried to cancel online but it doesn't work! However, the reason for the 3 stars and not 1 is that I emailed them and got a quick response, saying they have now cancelled my subscription and refunded 50% of the payment for the 2nd box.

I got a gift card but they want my credit card details anyway and I think they will subscribe you automatically. What a ripoff . Paid subscriptions should always be opt-in. No exceptions.

Absolutely lovely experience, make meal times in busy periods a doddle. The flavours are amazing and some of the curry kits are very authentic. And all for a really reasonable price. There customer service has been second to none

We have been enjoying beautiful and tasty recipes for some time now. Recipe cards make the meal so easy to make and lots of quick meals that are ideal after a working day. Customer service are top notch.

Love the versatility of SimplyCook. I have used other food box ideas and I find it restraining in terms of ingredients. This way I have new ideas without the dictation of which food I use.

Very nice, enjoyable food. Cheap and easy to make in comparison to the final product. Maybe one thing is just some of the timings are a bit off on the recipes, and the measurements may need to be a bit more precise, and include measurements for certain things. But in my opinion, this make you feel more accomplished for what you have made as it is your own. 5/5 will buy again

I made a request to delay my subscription for a few months and I had a very swift response from Mia, from the Customer Happiness Team, who was extremely helpful in organising this straight away. Excellent service! Excellent product 😃

Simply Cook were badly let down by the Post Office delivery system, However, the Happiness Team worked hard to remedy the problem, and showed great communication skills.
I agree with comments made by another customer that the pots can be difficult to open and am happy to know that this issue has been addressed.
Overall I'm delighted with the products and tend to use once per week for a lazy, tasty, dinner.

Simply cook is so much more convenient than "hello fresh/ gusto" for me. No fresh food with short use by dates or already going over. You cook the meals you've chosen when you want to eat them. They taste amazing,easy to cook (even my husband can use them)lol & there's flavours I've never eaten before but truly enjoyed experimenting with.I've recommended them to several friends,family & customers (as a bonus you get a free box if they sign up) I've been using simply cook for around 18mths & new recipes keep being added to keep me going back for more. Highly recommend you give them ago, you won't be disappointed

Shady, sneaky and underhand. No wonder you’re always begging for subscriptions - maybe if you treated customers fairly and were transparent you wouldn’t have to.
If someone from SC reads this please respond with a forwarding email an I will happily outline my extremely frustrating issue with how you get people on the hook after one of your classic “free trials” and then rob them blind for months after hoping they won’t notice.

Absolutely livid !!!

I've been ordering simply cook for a few years now.
The recipes are easy to follow, tasty and varied.
Lot's of ingredient swap ideas available and recommendations from the chefs.
The customer service is excellent as is the communication.
The website is easy to use.
Highly recommend.

Simply Cook have made a huge difference to our mealtimes with so much variety and so easy to use. Much better than previous companies I've used where you receive produce and you have no idea of the food quality.
