Great and not so great!
A fabulous machine, great quality and a good price … unfortunately the cleaning fluid trigger was stiff and failed in the on position within a short time and in the middle of an important cleaning job. The company said they would send a replacement next day (I was so happy with this solution) UNFORTUNATELY three days later I’m still waiting and was informed today it could take another two days .. this experience is the reason I have left low scores sadly, another wait is out of the question and I suspect I will return the item as it’s caused me a lot of frustration and problems .. ☹️ I was intending to buy the vacuum cleaner too but will not now. The latest response today is that we will have to wait and see what happens.. unacceptable!

Great little machine
Great little machine, easy to use, very easy to clean after using, can get right up close to the edges, a nice weight to the machine even when full of water. I was very impressed with the results. I will definitely be recommending it to my friends.
