I wish i had read reviews first. They are thieves just stealing bitcoin.

Scam? They helly you mean? Their service is cheap, fast and reliable, what would you want more? KYC? Wasn't asked for a swap.

I’ve been using SimpleSwap for about 1.5 years now and it’s honestly one of the best crypto swap services I’ve tried.
I often use it to accept payments in tokens my wallet app doesn’t natively support like TON & NEAR. Swaps are fast and I usually get rates really close to the market price. There is no big commission or hidden fees.
Super smooth and reliable every time!

Best exchange especially when exchanging coins from different chains... I would definitely recommend this exchange.

It’s always so easy to swap! Everything runs so smooth! The only complaint I have is that I can’t buy crypto and stay defy. I think that’s a complete violation of my privacy to have to do KYC. I am a private individual, I should be able to do what ever I want with my assets.

This is better than any exchange out there.

Lost coins because of an address mismatch. The Simpleswap team was instrumental in the recovery.

I had many problems swapping and sending my money to other wallet using other methods. This was the easiest experience I’ve had swapping and sending. Thank you guys.

I messed up, but they they made sure my transfer was completed accurately!

My exchange does not support the XCH token, but I bought it via the SimpleSwap exchanger. Thank you.

Exchange was made early Friday evening when all cryptos tanked. Panic selling and panic buying was going on. For me it was a time to buy. I had to hurry because the fire sale was not going to last long. I made my trade and a little noticed popped up saying due to volume the exchange was going to take a little longer. This really eased my mind. Then about two minutes later the coins were in my wallet. Thank you SimpleSwap.

I accidentally chose the wrong blockchain and sent my tokens their.. the support somehow managed to recover my transaction and finished my Swap. AWESOME service, i love it. I will do it again :)

EXIT SCAM WARNING! CHECK OTHER REVIEWS! DO NOT TRADE! Positive reviews are most likely fake!

This is a reply to simple swap.

I sent (simple swap) 20 Kcs (300 $)
They received it their wallet.
The blockchain hash shows more than 4000 blocks.
The support first time proposed me a refund and asked me to send them 0.01 Eth for transaction fees.
I sent them the 0.01 Eth.
You wrote me now such strange answer ?
If the contract is not in valid.
Then how did I succeed to send you the transaction ? ( by magic ) ?
When you received the money.
You propose me to contact Kucoin ?
You have my money now with you, you need to contact Kucoin, not me.
I contacted Kucoin , they answered me , that I need to send them the transaction ,then ask their help.
My money now with you .Return it back as I sent it to you .
I do not like no more swap.
IT IS VERY SIMPLE.
(There is not option to reply to the last reply :
I recieved the refund from simple swap)
It was a bug in the KCS contract that prevented them from sending me back the amount) ..
Thank you for your effort to resolve the issue

Latest edit (1 week later): Performed KYC, now I'm being given the run-around from support (no updates, we're waiting for security department, we'll get back to you in 12 hours etc. etc. etc.)
Seeing how your their review score is dropping like a rock and pile of victims with the exact same story piling up, the image is getting clearer day by day. They're off with our money, exit scam coming soon. STAY AWAY!
I've been a repeat customer of simpleswap for a few years now. Despite the occasional delays and errors (some on my side), they always came through and either performed the exchange or returned the crypto I sent them.
Today feels different: I sent some bitcoin to swap to USDT, the exchange was taking a little long but nothing out of the ordinary and after one hour I dropped them a message on the live chat. As per usual, I received the standard we'll look into it, please wait, please don't worry. Ok, I did, after some time I see the "Your exchange has failed". Not my first time so I wrote them via email and chat again. Email didn't help this time(although in the past they were way more helpful) and live chat responded after a long wait that there was a liquidity problem to which I said OK, no problem, just perform the exchange when liquidity is available but then ... after a few short minutes they reply with "We checked and can confirm that your transaction is still under review.". Wait, I thought this was a liquidity problem.
A few back and forths later we're at "We are writing to inform you about a temporary hold on your recent transaction." & "It may take several days to get sorted", no exact motive for the issue.
Looking at the bad reviews piling up in the past weeks this is starting to look more and more like an exit scam. A lot of people complaining of frozen funds for one reason or another and it looks more and more like they're trying to secure a bag before vanishing like many have before them.
I'm really sorry to have to write this review but this is starting to look very shady and people should avoid dealing with them at least for a while until all these bad reviews are cleared/addressed.
Dear simpleswap representative that will inevitably reply to this:
The exchange id is umcpn0rrctidgrqa
Please exchange my coins or return them.
Edit: Reply for first response
I'm not saying you are exit scamming but the opacity and long resolution times coupled with the rather concerning surge in similar feedback here are all red flags I've seen before disaster struck with other exchanges/crypto service providers. Knowing you guys it's very unlikely to be the case but I can't rest easy knowing the signs were there and I kept silent. Once the issue is solved I will correct my feedback and confirm that it was never the case and my paranoia got the best of me.
Update 2:
After 24 hours of inspecting a technical issue with the liquidity provider ... lo and behold, my exchange was flagged by the security system. Imagine my shock /s
Here comes the fun part. Now I (like many other victims here), need to pass a kyc that's being handled by a company whose reputation here on trustpilot and various other internet sources ranges from bad to ties with offshore and money laundering (not my words, you guys search sumsub reviews online).
So now what do I do: Give my documents to a shady company and get sent to simpleswap victims purgatory like the many other people on here or just go on with my life and chalk the loss up to life and avoid future problems caused by a shady company having my documents. Either way I'm never seeing my hard earned crypto back, that at least is very clear to me.
What do you say simpleswap rep ? What would you do ?
STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY, THERE ARE OTHERS THAT WILL NOT STEAL YOUR CRYPTO ONLINE. I can't mention them as I don't want to break trustpilot's ToS but there are trust me. I've found them after this debacle and even left them a review ;)
