It's supposed to be box of the month, and the month is almost over and I still have not received my order, as far as online discription it shows nothing but we are getting your order ready please come back and check back with us...I ordered in August, Would not buy again...

It is the best customer service I have …
It is the best customer service I have ever received from a company of any size. My package was lost in the mail 2 times. Without Skipping a Beat Scott was on it, to help or resend a new one. And now everything has been sorted. My partner loves Fishing, he has 34 fishing rod's, this man loves to fish! And he loves these RLM boxes. Thank you for everything!
