Good data but so many spam calls

The data coverage had been really good. However, I have had spam calls almost every day.

Once connected Sim Local was fantastic

Once connected Sim Local was fantastic, no issues at all.
Unfortunately, the initial connection wasn't quite so straight forward and it took a lot of trial and error to locate the correct "permission" on our phones.

I had a service 13 out of 14 days in Caribbean only one thing was that I couldn’t see how much data I had left even though I bought the sim onthe app
I did a live chat and they said I had to send email and they would send how much I had but never received it

Worked great. Istructions were a bit unclear, but a sim local person was at our destination airport and helped us activate out esims.

I had a problem, as my nephew had set my phone up wrongly, but a WhatsApp chat got it sorted. They responded immediately, were friendly and very patient with a 78 year old who had to be talked through every stage.

Useful eSim

Really useful to have on my phone overseas so I didn’t need to think about roaming charges etc when on holiday.
I did find it a little confusing about to when activate the e-sim and think clearer instructions would be useful.

Overall good

Data was great, but had issues in the downtown area where the reception was really bad and I was unable to answer WhatsApp calls as they kept dropping. Otherwise, it was good and for the price.
