I was looking for a ring and thought the shop looked lovely so called in. The service was 2nd to none, polite, friendly and knowledgeable. I purchased a ring and love it. I called again looking for a Tree of Life necklace and found one that was beautiful. Once again the staff were really lovely. I love the fact that it's a small family run business and hope they are there for many years to come.

The pieces are well-made and have unique designs. A few small improvements could be made, but definitely worth it.

Lovely staff and great service. Sorted out broken watch strap and replaced stone in a ring. Thanks in particular to Katie whose suggestion re the watch strap was inspired, after their repair shop couldn't mend it. All delivered very quickly back to me. Highly recommend!

My mum had a specific design of necklace that she wanted, I called into Silvertree on the off chance that they had something similar in store. They didn’t but Asena was extremely helpful and looked through a catalogue to find exactly what my mum was after. She took my email address and said she would contact me with a price when she could find it out. I received the email before I even arrived home, she went ahead and ordered it as it was a great price and it arrived less than a week later. My mum loves the necklace and was extremely happy with the service we received.

Excellent service from a lovely member of staff who gave us an instant replacement for a faulty bracelet and was really helpful.

I never really leave reviews but after reading such lovely comments about this company prior to ordering, it filled me with great positivity. I just wanted to encourage everyone to use Silver Tree for future purchases. My order arrived impeccably within 1.5 days in the middle of a pandemic!!!! Beautifully, just perfectly gift wrapped, even after I had missed the option to select ‘gift wrapped’, so contacted the seller later on and this was adhered to immediately.
I am just so impressed with the service and the order arrived so promptly with a personal touch complimentary slip enclosed. Will definitely be using again and telling all my friends.

I ordered an item online which arrived 2 days later beautifully wrapped, but most of all they took the time to put a hand written note in thanking me for my custom. Always a pleasure to shop in store but this small gesture made me smile.
