I honestly can’t recommend this amazing lady enough. From start to finish she was absolutely incredible. Having a ring made with my beloved Dog Teds fur was such an emotional process, but Lou handled everything with so much compassion, care, and understanding.

She went above and beyond at every step — keeping me updated, making sure every detail was perfect, and treating something so special with the respect it truly deserved. The finished ring is beyond beautiful and means the world to me.

We lost our beloved house rabbit Marron last year. I wanted to get a piece of jewellery made with her ashes in it. I looked up a lot of places and the price for doing something like this was expensive! I came across the Heavens Keepsakes website owned by Lou Warne and was surprised at the reasonable cost of her jewellery! It took me a while to decide exactly what I wanted but Lou walked me through it all and made useful suggestions. She created different pictures and sent them to me, so it was so much easier to decide. I couldn't be happier with my beautiful necklace, it's stunning and it sparkles in the light. This was what I wanted! As she lives in Bristol, I went and picked it up directly from her. Thank you so much Lou, for your patience and understanding in creating this for me. It truly is a stunning necklace which I will wear with pride ❤️

I wanted a ring made with my grandparents ashes after losing them both recently. I found Heavens Keepsakes after remembering a friend on Facebook had had some lovely things made by Lou. I went on the website and the whole process of choosing exactly what I wanted was really easy. Lou stayed in touch with me over the next couple of days, she was so kind, caring, respectful and understanding, and my ring was ready 3 days later. And WOW its absolutely stunning and the little details she added were so perfect. I would recommend Heavens Keepsakes 100% and would definitely trust Lou if I wanted anymore jewellery made 😊

So my son will be 10 this year, having his ashes put into a keepsake was something I have always wanted but have found hard to face, after seeing Heavens Keepsakes previous magnificent work i have followed the page and last week was very lucky to of won a beautiful bracelet which i will cherish forever. Since picking it up earlier today I feel emotion and warmth like i haven’t before and wish i did do it sooner. Louise is an amazing women who shown nothing but love, understanding and just wanted everything to be perfect. I cannot express enough how much i would recommend this to anyone who has sadly lost and wants something to cherish, remember and feel close to no matter how hard it do feel to do it.

I was absolutely heartbroken when I lost my beloved Ozzy—he was my best friend, and I really struggled to cope with the loss. From the very beginning, this lady gave me so much comfort. She was kind, caring, and compassionate throughout the entire process, and nothing was ever too much trouble for her.

She was incredibly understanding of what I was going through, which made such a difficult time a little easier. She even made something special for my little boy, who was also struggling with the loss—something he will treasure forever.

The whole process was easy and simple to follow, and I knew my boy was in the safest hands with someone who cared so deeply. She kept me updated every step of the way, letting me know when he arrived with her and when he was on his way back home.

Everything was so personal, and I will treasure my pendant forever. I can’t thank her enough for the support she has given me. I would highly recommend Heaven’s Keepsakes.

Lou listens and really wants to do a good job, I felt she looked after the pieces of jewellery I had made as if it were her own child’s hair, she also kept in constant contact throughout. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Lou really takes the time from start to finish to get to know your loved one takes the time to chat with you about what you want from style to colour to making small changes nothing is to much trouble for her she is an absolutely lovely lady who i will be recommending to everyone and shouting about her local small business to all!!
