We were dealt with in a polite and professional way by 'Sam' who explained patiently and at some length (our fault not his) what exactly was required. At no time were we 'pressured' and subsequent meetings were arranged at our convenience. Hopefully when the time comes the measures he helped us put in place will prove to be as smooth and trouble-free as the process of arranging them.

We would recommend Silvertimelegal without a moment's hesitation!
Their representative Sam Passi, listened VERY carefully to our requirements and offered VERY professional advice on solutions that would meet our needs - we were then able to make fact based decisions on which to base our wills.
Sam Passi was readily available to offer face-to-face meetings as well as offering support via the telephone - at one point when R was to be hospitalised, Sam was prepared to come to the hospital to ensure that the requisite paperwork for my will was fully in place prior to major life saving survey.
We have already recommended Silvertimelegal and Sam Passi to members of my family and friends such has been our thoroughly comprehensive experience!!!
