Amazing customer service Bella was very helpful and refunded premium membership straight away as I was in the 14 day cooling off period.

It took over 2 days for my photos to load. The women on here are really not interested. I get very little traffic, I guess it's me. Most are too far away, and unwilling to change their life at all. They are looking for a man to fit their exact specs, and blow you off when you don't. Not happy at all.

Silver Singles is a place where scammers ‘shop’ for those they think are most likely to bite. It’s a complete waste of your time and money. Honestly I think the most professional scammers operate under the guise of looking for a partner. Stay away.

Every person that messaged me was a scam. I think this whole website is a scan.

Everything was fine until I paid for the upgrade. Then it went kerplop. Cancelled and back to free. Can't message anymore. Had good clients. Maybe I'll try again in the future. Just an experiment currently. They are fair if any issues so a good company.

I like the matching that takes place for you, so their is no guessing if this person has anything in common with you before you begin a conversation with them.

Silver Singles is VERY conscientious about 'policing' their site for fraud--dedicated to safety, and notify those who have been contacted by suspicious listings to be careful, stop communications with the person under investigation, and change passwords.

BUT their matching logarithm has flaws--I get referred 'matches' from inappropriate persons--who have hardly completed anything in their profile. I suspect it looks for conflicts, and since it finds none (with nearly no information supplied by the 'client' they get a high 88-90+ percent match) which is inappropriate.

Worst dating site I have used in my whole life. The fee is very high. 95% people on the site are either scammers or live out of state.

1st there website is convoluted, you cant view the webpage NO scroll bar, obviously cryptic for a reason, useless date site, fake profiles or people pretending to view me? Nobody can respond unless they pay? Why would I pay for something useless. Very phony on how they respond< 1 email says one thing then I got another clumsy email from there german office? PLUS, even more outrageous trying to log in for 2 days and all you get is there machine code, there con artists, flim flam company, I cancelled and got a refund, but not allowed to delete my account? Also very deceptive to use my inactive profile, cancelled account?!#

I would like reopen my side for free because I pay all ready and I cancel because I do believe in that person and was spam

One star is overly generous. Do not sign up to this app. FAKE profiles and no one logged in. Nearly £170 gone from mu bank account for nothing . Stay away.

I have used dating sites in the past. This is by far the worst. 90% of everyone on here is a scammer. And if you try to contact customer serivce, they want to "supposedly" charge you a dollar just to get your credit card info

Don't deal with these thieves, scammers. They will cancel paid subscription as it deem fit to them without any notification.
They will also stop sending people's details (suitable match) to you long before your subscription expires, and they will freeze all actions on a paid subscription just to get more money from you, and you cannot contact them. Hopeless, time and money wasting website. Can't access the database even with paid subscription. They try to control your life after taking the money. Unbelievable ! Pathetic and scammers.

I’m unfamiliar with dating websites and had a significant learning curve even though the site is designed for ease of use. The quick support of SS staff during this time is valuable.

I chose this website because they supposedly "verify" each member. I didn't know that the verification could take place months after I started communicating with a person (I felt red flags with one in December and cut off contact - I got an email in February that he he might be a security risk and not to contact him until they completed their verification process). I interacted with four men and all four were scammers.

This site is so bad! Nothing but scammers! I have basically had zero dates and at least 30 scammers!

Do not waste your money

Wow! Where to begin, I don’t know. I highly suggest nobody gets on this website. I would say 95% of the profiles are fraudulent. And they do not have a customer service phone number for you to call and talk to anyone or report the scams. They also have it set up on the website that sure you can contact them to use certain contact forms, but it leads you nowhere. In other words, It’s very difficult to get a hold of them in Germany where they are located, they send you down a rabbit hole so ultimately you are left hanging. They are not at all interested in hearing about complaints. They just want your money Thats it. Again, I do not recommend anyone use this site.

There are very few matches within 50 miles of where I live and that includes London! I do not like that I cannot search myself and am reliant on the few (unsuitable) matches they send through each day. I asked for a refund within 24 hours of joining to be told that I could not have one as I paid with Apple Pay. Apple Pay also tell me I cannot have one. However, the terms and conditions clearly state there is a 14 day cooling off period. This is not ok. Please honour your own terms and conditions and provide a refund

I just got off SS....although they responded well, they didn't fix the following....profiles with no pics, people way outside the 50 mile range, AND when I asked for my profiles to be "refreshed", they refused. They can do it by re-enrolling me as a member because I'm sure many of you wanted to hold off deleting a person until it was okay but they didn't help and the number of potential members dwindled UNTIL I canceled my membership and now, I can't believe how many new faces I see to lure me into another membership.
This site is horrible and I complained to them and they would act nice but do NOTHING.
I don't recommend them at all!!!
