Scammers, DO NOT ORDER anything from them
This company are a bunch of scammers. Trousers turned up, missing a button and if they are made of silk my name is Peter Pan, TERRIBLE quality! No phone number anywhere to call them, no return address. Emailed customer services 6-7 times before I got a response. Said I’d pay the return postage but they still wanted photo’s, why??? All avoidance techniques, so I’ll send the photo and these will go back or they will be taken to the small claims court.

Did not receive my order - scam
Did not receive my order, customer service being useless, difficulties getting refund and they expect me to wait forever for the package and then have to deal with return of it on my own. They failed to do what I’ve paid for and expect me to do the extra work.
Not a serious online store
Not a serious online store. I ordered from the Swedish website, it's stated that customer needs to pay for the return which is fine. However, it's not stated anywhere that the returns are to Germany, and that's five times more expensive than returning within Sweden. Customer care first promised to me to send a return label with a reasonable price, when I didn't receive the label and contacted them again the answer was that it was a misunderstanding. I really recommend you to refrain from ordering from this site!
Really poor service
Bought in good faith but had to return it which I did. Took 3 months of chasing for my refund as kept being fobbed off before I finally got it.
Silkysilk arrived damaged
Silkysilk arrived damaged. I had purchased the bonnet for my daughters birthday. The feel is like sateen not silk. Rubbish product! Have sent 3 emails asking for a return address so i can get a refund. Very very bad! Don’t use!!
After not responding for 10 days, i received multiple emails from them, all with the same message, we won’t give a 100% refund!! The product was grubby - avoid this company!!!

You will never get your money back if you need to return items to this supplier and as they are not registered in the UK (even though they claim to be), our financial ombudsman wont be able to help. The same thing that happened to Mrs J Lyons who left a review happened to me. They've admitted I'm due a refund but no refund has been forthcoming. I have looked into sueing them but it is a long and complicated process and you have to register your complaint in their courts via an app. i haven't given up yet though! I've become so frustrated with them it's beginning to affect my mental health and I just want to take them down! They are just a bunch of thieves selling poor quality shit garments that the likes of us are subsidising. No wonder they are cheap! They can afford to be! I so regret every hearing about this company and I share how bad they are almost daily to prevent others from ordering.
Avoid this company
On 2nd May emailed Silky Silky requesting to return an item (that was too big for me.) and be reimbursed for its cost of £76.
The return was permitted under the Silky Silky thirty day returns policy.
The company tried to dissuade me from returning the item by offering me a discount if I kept it.
As there was no reason to keep something I could not wear, I persisted in requesting a returns label.
I was informed that there were no return labels and I would have to return the item by tracked postage at my own cost.
On Tuesday 6th May I returned the item in this way at a cost to me of £5.55.
They also requested that, once posted, I share the tracking number with them so that they could “look out” for my item so as to reimburse me more quickly. Immediately upon posting the item I emailed Silky Silky informing them of the tracking number.
On 20th MayI emailed Silky Silky asking why I had not been reimbursed tendays after posting my item back to them.
They responded asking me to share a proof of delivery.
I used the Post Office tracking number and discovered that the item had been delivered to DSilky Silky, and signed for on 9th May..
Today, 26th May and more than theee weeks after returning the item,I am still waiting to be refunded my £76.
This company has absolutely no customer service and is dishonest.
They cannot be contacted by phone, only by email.
I will never order from them again. I recommend that you avoid dealing with them also.

I ordered a ‘Pure Silk Casual Sleep Cap’ after leaving my last one in a hotel. It is very poor quality, the cap is too big and the elastic is loose so hair falls out of it. I will not be using again and there is also nowhere to review them on their website.

This website has some nice items however they are fraudulent in how they deal with customers when there is an issue or if you told to return an unused product for a reading. Despite the terms and conditions on their website (l suspect it’s there only to encourage people to buy) when you do contact them as per their process, you have to exchange countless emails saying the same thing to get dosing responses or: We also have better options for your choice and will not waste your time returning
Option 1 : Take a 15% refund for the items you want to return and keep them.
Option 2 : Take a 30% coupon for the items you want to return and keep them.
Please only buy if you are 100% sure you are keeping the items
This “Company” appears to be a scam
This “Company” appears to be a scam! I should have researched them before spending £95 on a dress.
1. The Company claims to be UK registered. It is not.
2. The Company claims to have a lawful returns policy. It does not.
3. The quality of the “dress” and the packaging were sub standard.
4. The tiny box the garment arrived in was only insured for £36. I paid £95.
5. The returns email is fake.
I hope potential buyers read this & the other reviews before you are tempted to part with your money. Like the other reviewers I have received no reply to my emails requesting refund instructions.
Exchange took 3 months
Whilst there was no problem with the item we ordered as a Christmas present we looked to exchange it for a different colour. This took 3 months after returning the item as the package ‘got lost’ in their warehouse. Despite chasing frequently and constantly being thanked for my patience and understanding (!) the threat of contacting my credit card company eventually brought a result. All in all I couldn’t recommend ordering from this company given the experience in trying to obtain a refund or exchange.

Buyer beware
Well, I really wanted to purchase my wife some silk products for a Valentine’s Day gift. I made sure I was way ahead of the game and placed my order at the end of January to ensure I had plenty of time to receive the items. I read some positive and negative reviews from this company. I was getting a gut feeling that I shouldn’t deal with this company, but didn’t listen because the prices were so much better than other vendors. I was excited! Good deals and ordered well before Valentines Day. Anyway, 5 days later, after not receiving any shipping emails and their Canada post tracking (on their website) was showing delivery by Feb 13, I decided to reach out the them. I was then advised an item was out of stock to they were waiting to ship (they 100% should have contacted me) and they asked if I wanted the other items sent. I replied asking them what item was out of stock so I could make an informed decision. I waited and waited and waited for a reply. Stressed out and debating on if I should get my wife another gift; I reluctantly opted to wait. 8 days later, the day before Valentines Day, they replied saying all my items were shipped 3 days after my initial email. I was now hopeful and checked the tracking link they gave me. To my dismay, my items were being shipped from China! I began deep diving into this company and saw a lot of people suspicious that their silk products were not quality silk. My items arrived February 19. The quality seemed OK, but I have limited experience with silk. One item came with a sample piece for a burn test. The burn test appeared to resemble actual silk. My wife was relatively happy with her gifts. I’m on the fence of whether I would give them my business again purely based on the very poor experiences of others and the fact that their items come from China. Anything coming from China is a roll of the dice on quality.
As for the fit of then items, I used their sizing guide and it was quite accurate. The items fit my wife fairly well and looked nice.
For now, I’ll keep this company as “buyer beware” based on the mixed reviews and poor first time order experience with shipping.
You will regret it
I ordered my products on jan 1st. I have requested to cancel since my order hasn't even made it to the US yet. My order is coming from China. I didn't know that when I ordered. But the main problem is they keep giving me the run around. They ask me to please be patient and explain that my shipment is on its way and then quote the 6 to 10 business days. well... it's been 21 days. so now I am going to dispute it with my credit card company which is a hassle.
Worst customer service ever
Worst customer service ever. I ordered a Christmas present for my daughter in 13th December supposedly on 48 hour delivery. It finally arrived late on Christmas Eve. It was too large so I returned it on 31st December. As they refused to pay return postage I sent it with proof of posting, but not tracked. Three weeks later and in spite of numerous email exchanges they will not confirm they have received it and have not refunded. They will do anything rather than let you have your money back!

This is my second order from your company and I'm never ordering from it again. Your reviews and your ratings are less than two. Your sizings are off for America, And your return policies are terrible and difficult. By the time I finally got a return ticket from your company I had already passed a 30 day limit so I was stuck with a $300 order that I could not return. It was thrown in the garbage. I want nothing more to do with your company than to send all this product back please send me an address so that I can ship this out to you on UPS, As an added negative comment, Which will definitely go on a Google review with all the rest of this, No one keeps all of the tags and clips on clothes when they try them on. That is beyond absurd. You can very easily reattach a plastic loop. Your company, to put it mildly, sucks.
