I had issue with items out of stock !I was not notified from Silkrute & had no idea on reasons for the refunds! I contacted Silkrute , who explained then & reassured me they will take on board same! I will continue to buy from Silkrute, their products are authentic, reasonable prices and they take care with packaging. Thank you Silkrute for your diligent customer care 😊

I got the tea delivered just the other day. Packaging is good also the quality of the tea is really good very tasty highly recommend this company reasonable prices.

They were helpful whenever I needed help and I recieved all the items this is the first time I ordered and I m so glad

I ordered 1000g of YUVIKA Niranjan Phal - Sterculia Lychnoph and they arrived very late first thing. Important thing is, 90% of them are spoiled, don't bulge, have weird taste. It costed me close to 100$.

I am very disappointed. Please do not order from this website. They are cheating people sending expired products.

I have ordered from them a few times now, what they offer is what they deliver. Item are well packaged,y only issue this time was with the delivery driver who didn't attempt to communicate arrival and left package at post shop without notifying me.

Ordered a keratin hair mask Schwartzkopf and received same brand but different product and smaller size. I’ve been waiting about 3 weeks for delivery but I could have ordered the product received at half price and have it in 2 days from any other uk site. Shame

Place the order on 30/1 for a skin care product that is no longer available in Australia. Sent a email to clarify something with my order and got a very pleasant & prompt reply.Received my order 16/2 which I think is a very reasonable time frame.
Products were exactly what I wanted.
Will definitely not hestitate to order again and recommend to friends.

Purchased a card game but it has arrived and looks secondhand. The box is badly worn, it is cellotaped closed and has no plastic protective wrapping.
Editing my comment: Silkrute have refunded me. They insisted far too strongly that I amend my comment on this website. And then apologised.
Still Won’t be using Silkrute again.

Ordered Khapli wheat flour (also known as Emmer wheat) which is not available in NZ. Communication was quick and easy. Shipping charges were waived for orders over $80.00 - which is a big incentive to purchase. Will edit this review once I receive the wheat flour.
