Customer service is difficult to get a hold of to speak with someone but after many calls the person I spoke with answered all my questions and did a great job, I don’t know her name, unfortunately.

Oh my finally got a hold of somebody then they were very kind and helpful understood the frustration however the customer service can be better the AI is very frustrating and I was misdirected on an email issue that delayed my order about a month. But that was made right so I will give five star rating I held back on my review until it was made right

Just a very streamlined process
Just a very streamlined process. This was my first time using silencer shop after my traditional paperwork got kicked back and the later online attempt through my FFL. This should have been my first choice TBH.
