Yup, bought another one
I thought dealing with Silencer shop was a definite 5 star rating. The store where I live (WI) also a 5 star in the way they helped me as a first time suppressor buyer. However…..the store opened at 8 am and when I got there, found out gent who does the mechanical part of the business, wouldn’t be in until 11:00ish. I live 30 miles away so it was a bit of a wait. Once he got there it was 5 star service. I’ll call first next time. (I ended up buying another suppressor from him before I left)

It was great being walked through the process step by step of purchasing a suppressor. I was never rushed or pushed towards one or the other. Your customer service was very polite…
Your customer service was very polite but when I had an issue with your NFA program they could not help. I was told I had to send an email to some technical support people. When I asked if there were anyone I could speak to on the phone, I was told no one in that department speaks to anyone on the phone. Luckily the manager at the retail gun store, not Silencer Shop, was able to fix the problem.

Went online and updated my photo and information and was really easy. I’m no computer genius but easily got everything done from my phone. Very convenient and pretty cool technology. Made everything easy since I had already done fingerprints on earlier purchases on kiosk. I tell everyone that’s thinking of buying a suppressor to find someone with a silencer shop kiosk and be done in 10 minutes. Now even better without $200 stamp.
