I did not received my labels after more than a month. But once I reached out, they sent a new shipment that I received within 7 days. Helpful customer service that made the reordering easy.

It took about 4 weeks to get my sign…
It took about 4 weeks to get my sign and when I recieved the sign the picture I sent was real blurry..it looks terrible and I still haven't hung ny sign out of embarrassment

House Name Sign
I found that the type of product Signomatic offered was exactly what I was looking for and their website was easy to use compared to other manufacturers. The product turned out great, exactly as I wanted. This part of the service was great. The only downside was the website showed they had a facility here in USA (Louisiana I think, close to my residence in Florida) and that prompted me to use them. After completion of my order, I discovered that sign would be coming from Gothenburg in Sweden, this I did not want. The sign arrived promptly but with some minor damage, which visitors spot immediately. The long journey with possible more likelihood of damage is exactly what happened. I did not bother to return the sign as a second sign damage was highly likely. This was really more so disappointing as the product would have been perfect!!!!! Huw
