Excellent Service
The website was easy to use. After placing the order, I was quite skeptical that the product was being shipped from overseas to New York, however, to my astonishment no sooner had I placed the order, I received confirmation that the DHL shipping had commenced and within a couple of days, I had my beautiful sign, exactly how I envisioned it! The product was nice.
I ordered it according to the business day/weekend shipping policy and paid extra for expedited shipping and still did not receive my product in time and when I emailed them to try and reslove the extra shipping they stated that it was shipped in the appropriate amount of time. So customer service was not the best but the product was ok.
