I am waiting to receive my order.
I placed an order in the online store and received a message that the order was shipped on December 1st. I can still see that the shipment is still at the origin. How long does it normally take to deliver a package to the carrier? I expected to receive my items in about a week, but the shipment I placed 10 days ago hasn't even been handed over to the carrier! I don't think this is normal.
