Nice dresses and good quality, and super fast customer service

My go to for all my looks!!!! I own a med spa and anytime I wear any from Sierra Darien and post my DMs blow up! The quality in the detail to the clothing is impeccable! I have ordered over 20 pieces and I have never been dissapointed once! This is my go to store! I honestly could by everything!

The shipping was super fast, the quality of the knitted dress looks expensive, very unique pieces .

This company makes exceptional extremely high quality clothing ! The packaging is even more exclusive when you receive it. And to top it all off , excellent customer service and is prompt.

Except the shipping delay, everything else was perfect. I love both the dresses that I got, they had amazing detailing with high quality fabric. The styling was great too. The options of different styles and colors were really good.

The dress I ordered is beautiful, but the size I chose (XS) ended up being a bit too tight. I decided to exchange it for a different size, and instead of going through the hassle of returning the item, they offered several convenient options to make the process easier. I chose one of the alternatives they provided, which worked out perfectly.

First time buyer, all the my purchase will not work out for me the dress was beautiful just as the picture. Customer service is prompt and friendly. Took down one star due to return policy, wish they had better way of doing returns/exchanges.

Received my order and within an hour requested a return telling them I will be traveling and need the return details since I will be away for over 2 weeks and will miss my return window if I dont return it before. Now 5 days later and three follow up have not recieved the "return details" of where to send it back to. I will contact my credit card.

I bought a pair of mules. Just so beautiful and comfortable. I needed to exchange the size, so I returned it for the full amount. I was given the full price of the mules, plus a 15% bonus. The return was handled very fast and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the service and the quality of the product. I’m buying another one in the other color.

It was my first time ordering from Sierra Darien and the clothes are absolutely beautiful. I was happy with the overall quality however due to sizing, one of my items needed to be returned.
