My order was missing one of the three items I ordered, so I can't give five stars. But the customer service was definitely five stars. They quickly responded to my email. They were out of the item I ordered, so couldn't re-send, and instead offered a full refund. Granted, it wasn't a great deal of money, but I consider that a great response. Mistakes happen. I don't judge a company on a mistake; I judge it on the response to that mistake. And this response was great. So I'll be looking for more great deals on SideDeal and will happily be a return customer.

After attempting to buy an drone off their site, they took my money, waited nearly two weeks to hear from them. Once I finally received an automated email notifying me they ran out of stock. And for my "trouble" they gave me a $5 coupon. Seriously? How about my item instead?
Absolute bait scam. I wouldn't be surprised if my personal information ends up on the dark web somewhere or sold to marketers.

I placed my order on 12/21/21 and I was expecting normal delivery time on it. I was pleasantly surprised today 12/25/21, when I heard a knock on the door and there was a package on the porch. I looked at it and wasn't sure of what it was that I had ordered that would be coming at this time. I opened it and saw that it was the order I had placed 3 days earlier. You guys rock!! I really appreciate you!!

I have two items I have never received from SideDeal. The tracking information shows the package was never sent to USPS! They are now claiming that the items don't fall within a warranty period. How do you qualify for a warranty if the company never sends you the items? They have refused to refund or replace. Their customer service is quite rude too.
In response - then provide me a tracking number and POD which you have already refused to do because you don't have one. I never got any shipping confirmation email. I work in logistics and it is not the standard practice of USPS to recycle tracking numbers. Certainly not in such a short window of time. You are just trying to discredit my review because you are keeping my money while I have not received any products. It would be incredibly rare for two tracking numbers to both have been recycled and both have the same USPS update "awaiting package." USPS will not recycle tracking numbers on packages that have not had a successful delivery. Try again SideDeal.

I was upset because I'd purchased tracking discs, but the company had since stopped supporting Android and iPhone devices.
I reached out to SideDeal and Jackie responded within hours about another app that supported the tracking discs. I downloaded it and synced the discs and was good to go. I was rapt because I'd thought I'd totally wasted my money.

I recently placed an order for a product that, unbeknownst to everyone, was no longer in service about a week after I bought it. It was only $5, and just chalked it up to like, "oh that's what happens when you order from a website you've never heard of. Lol, lemme see if I can get my money back, this should be fun."
I got an email back from Ariana, who is an outstanding customer service rep, within one business day. She was able to refund me, extended her apology, and took immediate action to have the product removed from their website so nobody else would go through the same issue. I am extremely, EXTREMELY impressed with Ariana at the customer care team. She acted quickly and I am very satisfied with her support. I now have side deals bookmarked, and will definitely purchase again in the future.

I got a notification from both SideDeal and FedEx that my Libratone speaker was delivered, but unfortunately, I did see it at my door, I drove around to see if my speaker was delivered to our neighbors by mistake but did not see it. I opened a ticket to SideDeal and got a response back with one business day and they offered me a replacement speaker or a refund. I opted for a replacement; they placed the order for a replacement device. Because have their great customer service, they now have a loyal customer.

I ordered a Vivaspa neck and shoulder massager. I was so excited that i was going to use it the first night. Unfortunately, it wouldn't turn on! The next morning I contacted SideDeal. At the end of of my refund request it said a response would be coming 2-3 business days. I only waited a couple of hours and Ariana responded back. She was sympathetic, caring and very helpful!
