Reviewers overwhelmingly had a great experience with this company. Customers consistently praise the products, highlighting their effectiveness in providing relief from foot pain and their overall high quality and durability. Many people also commend the excellent service, noting the quick responses and efficient processes, alongside very prompt and reliable delivery. However, some customers were dissatisfied with certain products, specifically mentioning a lack of cushioning in some insoles and issues with rough sewing in a pair of socks that caused discomfort. A few people also experienced problems with delayed deliveries, attributing these issues to the chosen delivery companies rather than the business itself.

I recently went to see a podiatrist as I had a problem. They did their investigations and suggested a simple, but designed off the shelf insole, by Sidas. I searched for them online and ordered two pa... See more

Quite disappointed…

Quite disappointed of the Socks!
I have already have a pair of the anatomical socks in black what I use and love so much…
On the white one the sewing is rough and running through the toe line and gave me rubbing and blisters!
On the black one is nice and smooth, no sewing!
It’s a shame because otherwise is a great pair!!

Sidas are excellent

Sidas are excellent. Their insoles are first class and kick the competition into touch. I’ve been using their kit for around 3yrs and have never been disappointed. The service is also top class - securely dispatched the same day and with me within 24hrs. Thank you.

best insoles I've ever had

I've had a pair of sidas 3feet outdoor insoles for four years, I wear it every day and it's still in great condition. I just bought a second pair so I don't have to keep swapping them out between shoes and got a pair for my husband too. Highly recommended!

Good insoles

I've used Sidas insoles for walking boots and they offer good support and comfort but this is the first time I've ordered insoles for trainers and buying directly from the company.
Finding and ordering the required items was very easy. And they arrived very quickly and, as a lovely surprise, I found a wee piece of Kendal Mint Cake in the package, which was a lovely touch.
I look forward to using the insoles in the next few weeks, knowing I've purchased a good pair. Many thanks to the staff involved in my order :)

Just what I needed

Swift response to a question and a swift delivery. Both are important when you have foot pain. The cushioning is helping.
