Excellent service from start to finish – very happy with the result
I’m really happy to share my experience with Shutters Factory, and I’m absolutely delighted with my new shutters.
From the very beginning, everything went smoothly. Andreas, who came to carry out the initial survey and measurements three months ago, was knowledgeable, helpful, and explained all the options clearly so I could choose exactly what was right for my home.
I also want to thank the lady who prepared my quote — I’m sorry I don’t remember her name, but she was friendly, efficient, and made the whole process clear and easy to follow.
Today, Andrew the fitter arrived and did an outstanding job. He was punctual, extremely professional, polite, and respectful throughout. He worked carefully, paid great attention to detail, and left everything tidy once he finished. The shutters look beautiful and are fitted perfectly.
I would happily recommend Shutters Factory to anyone looking for high-quality shutters and a reliable, friendly service.
