Great shopping experience

Great shopping experience. Some items in my order were cheaper than elsewhere, my order was well-packaged, shipping was free, and it was delivered the next day. I would definitely buy from them again and highly recommend them.

Excellent all round service

Excellent service from easy ordering process to safe packaging for delivery ensuring books in pristine condition for gifting. Will definitely use Shulph Ink in the future and a treat to give support to independent company these days. Very competitively priced, including delivery charges.

I paid too much for book - Follow up

I paid too much for book. The listed price looked good but at checkout when shipping was added not a good proposition at all.
And to boot, my package has still not arrived. Fed x said it was in Australia more than a week ago. Another time waster having to chase up. I have not had issues before with goods bought online.

We understand your pain about the international shipping charge to you in Australia, and want to apologise for the inconvenience this is causing you. Unfortunately, tracked international airmail to Australia is not cheap, and whenever possible, we pass on any savings we get from our courier partners to you, our international customers. We have looked at the tracking information for you today and, as you say, it has arrived in Australia for a week now, and appears to be awaiting Australia's Customs checks. This is, unfortunately, another part of your package's journey that we have no control over. In most cases, a package spends no more than a day with Customs, and reaches the customer within two days after that step. I expect things to move along pretty quickly once Australia Customs release it. I would like to apologise again for the inconvenience that this is causing you.
