I wish I could give -5 starts

I wish I could give -5 starts. This company is a complete joke and mess. They sent me the wrong product, even after I warned them. Customer service is disorganized and gave me the wrong information with great confidence. It's been more than a week and I don't have neither my money nor the product that I ordered. What's even more unbelievable is that they continue to sell the wrong product on their website.

I ordered a bag…

I ordered a bag that was available and paid, and after a few days I received a reply from the store in Italy that the bag was no longer available and my discount had expired. At the same time, I checked the current stock on the showroom website and the Bag was still available. Completely incomprehensible behavior to me. I think that Italian store Tluxy sell what they want and to whom they want. Sad

Huuuuuge variety of goods

Huuuuuge variety of clothes and accessories by popular luxury brands. Very often they have extra discount promo code or personal promo code. Delivery is quite fast. The only thing is I would add extra options to carriers list since currently there is UPS by default only.

Solemn declaration of a terrible customer experience…

I’ve been a Showroom customer for years, unfortunately lately an order parcel went lost (even if the tracking shown it came back to the sender and I’ve genuinely resubmitted a new order) and the claim investigation was a total nonsense ( the poor customer service of the ‘shipping team’ didn’t even check the issue as all the details proove clearly that the parcel returned to the sender and they asked to fulfill a ‘Solemn declaration’ asking to send the copy of my ID, stuff thats totally not legal and if I will not do that, the claim will be closed and they will not refund me. I reached them out several times but no decent answers ( template emails basically). They lost a customer after that and I warn the future customers to cross their fingers that customer service support will not be ever needed. Money stealer and not customer oriented website.

The item I received shoes were too small so I was unable to try them on. I registered return but they didn’t accept clarifying that I return item demaged.
They don’t want to transfer money back. They are cheaters.

Nasz specjalny dział aktualnie bada wszelkie okoliczności tej sprawy w celu znalezienia odpowiedniego rozwiązania i wyjaśnienia wszelkich niejasności.
EDIT: Po przeanalizowaniu Pani zamówienia, zwrot został przekazany do realizacji. Pieniądze powinny powinny być dostępne na Pani koncie w przeciągu 1-5 dni roboczych.

Jeszcze raz szczerze przepraszam za wszelkie niedogodności których Pani doświadczyła.
