Delivery cost added even the worth of order was bigger enough to have it free. No response for claim for weeks.

Highly satisfactory

The dress fits perfectly, like on the photo, and it has been delivered relatively quickly, given the fact that it was shipped from Spain to Poland. The instruction on how to return the item was provided in Polish, which I appreciate as a nice gesture (although I like the dress very much and I will certainly keep it).

Unfortunately

Unfortunately, there in difficult contact with customer service . There was possibility to call them and talk , now they have any chat boots and you have wait long time to be conected with real person.Still good prices.

You didn't provide DHL return label

You didn't provide DHL return label, only UPS. It was inconvenient for me to search for UPS pick up points. Also, instructions about return with different carriers are not clear, complicated. I wasted a huge amount of time trying to understand them.

Needs major improvement

1) The platform has quite poor description of items- translation is done by AI/google translate and the outcome is not checked.
2) The search function does not allow to put items into wishlist which is inconvenient.
3) Pictures are limited or misleading - the skirt I purchased was supposed to be grey herringbone wool as per pictures, while the skirt that arrived was shiny black. Such item was also on sale though the showroom, but it was not what I selected.

Showroom cancelled my order after 5…

Showroom cancelled my order after 5 days with no reason, the shoes I ordered are still available in my size, but the price changed, so they cancelled my order with explaining that they can't sell me the shoes at the price I paid for them with Black Friday code.
Customer service tried to help but the price of the shoes I originally purchased went up significantly and was not reinstated.

I am comlitely not satisfied because I received completely different product that ordered. I ordered scarf multicolor with red but I received totally different collie black an white which I do not wont to.!!!! I am very angry wich that!
