Tried to cancel and they offered 20% for the following month. Never honored it, sent items that I couldn't return because they ordered straight from another company. Refused to answer my emails or chats. Charged me again for a 3rd month, never fulfilled it, charged a 4th month and sent two identical shipments for the 3rd and 4th month. Still refused to contact me back. Still waiting and do not rxpect to hesr back from them. Finally fully canceled and not charged. Terrible customer service, do not recommend this company.

Terrible service. They don't have a problem charging your card each month. But they cant seem to figure out how to ship the product they are charging you for. Do not recommend.card charged 5 times/5 months .. recieved 1 package. Woth 3 shirts and 1 hat maaaybe $150 worth of stuff not 350! Terrible customer service.

Zero stars - fraud.
Started a subscription. Received one box - not to my liking. I cancelled it. Two months later, the company charged my credit card without permission. I attempted to reach out multiple times without a response. Bank of America gave me the money back. Par 4 then reached out to say since I have the money back, I’m in possession of their property and they will send me to collections if I don’t ship their products. I’m happy to get legal representation if this company decides to escalate matters.

Packages used to be ok, my last 3 were horrific. One package didn’t come until I called/complained/publicly posted about it. My last subscription was 3 items, a hat (their brand) a belt (their brand) and a club cover (literally no brand). The value of all three was less than $80 for a subscription that costs $115 and promises +$220 in value.

Terrible company. On their premium subscription, I got 1 shirt. I've been trying to contact them via phone, email, chat bots, and instagram dms. Haven't heard a word in over 2 months.

It has now been a month, have received no products, have received no tracking numbers, have reached out via form on their website, have emailed three times and have tried calling them three times at all. Different business hours of the day. The day. No response whatsoever. Complete scam company it seems like

Don't do it. No customer service, my membership was unfulfilled and zero attempts at making it right.

This place is a joke, please don’t subscribe. I subscribed to a box that was supposed to be 3-5 items per box. My 2nd box was a single polo. I reached out to customer service, got nothing back. No response. I know it’s a legitimate site but with how bad it is it almost feels like a scam. Utter joke.
