What an incredible and genuinely enjoyable experience I had at Combine Golf School at Citrus Farms in Brooksville, Florida!

What impressed me most was that the instructors don't believe in a "one swing fits all" approach. Instead, their entire focus was on what I needed to become a better golfer—identifying what was holding me back, making the right adjustments, and creating a plan to help me reach the next level.

Combine Golf follows what they call the ACT philosophy: Assess, Coach, and Train.

Assess: The first day of the school is their assessment day. From a skills assessment, swing assessment with a 3D motion capture app and then 9 holes on the course to assess how I transfer the skills to the course and my course management. They really leave no stone unturned to find out exactly what you need to improve.

Coach: Day 2 and 3 are the coaching days on full swing, short game and putting. All the coaches come prepared the morning of day 2 having already dove into the information they collected on day 1 and they are all ready to go with exactly what you need.

Train: After the school is over, they help you know exactly how to practice so what you learned sticks and does not fade away. It is like taking the school home with you.

To me, this is the complete package. Over the course of three days, we covered every aspect of the game from tee to green. We worked on driving, fairway woods, long and short irons, pitching, chipping, bunker shots, and, of course, putting. It was a tremendous amount of instruction, but no part of the game was overlooked.

In addition to the golf instruction, they introduced several flexibility exercises that have already improved my range of motion and helped me make a more efficient golf swing.

The progress I made in just three days was remarkable. I left with a much better understanding of my swing, greater confidence, and a clear roadmap for continued improvement.

The instructors were truly top-notch. Their teaching was clear, insightful, and personalized, making every lesson both productive and enjoyable. Beyond their expertise, they created a warm, welcoming atmosphere where we felt comfortable, respected, and encouraged from the moment we arrived. The facilities were outstanding, and we never felt rushed, crowded, or pressured.

If all that was not enough, after you leave the school you get 90 days of practice programs with a check-in every 30 days to keep your program fresh and relevant!

Overall, the experience exceeded every expectation I had. It was worth every penny, and I would recommend Combine Golf School to anyone serious about improving their game. I know I will be going back next year. And the best part? I finally know the scorecard is meant for more than just keeping track of my lost balls!

I questioned whether the Combine Golf School would be worth it!!
Yes it was.
Joe was so easy going and knowledgeable. He looked at my swing, small adjustments and I'm hitting the ball 30-40 yards longer. I have been practicing most nights with my hitting net using the drills Joe has given me. This has helped my game, made it much more enjoyable. My handicap is down to a 17 from 22 and getting lower. I thoroughly enjoyed my 3-day school which jump started my better play and love for the game. I would only play with friends/scrambles before I went to Combine, I was embarrassed of my play. In the past 5 weeks I have been playing 4-5 times per week, playing mostly as a single added into other groups. I feel I can now hold my own and feel 100% more confident than I was 5 weeks ago. I thank Joe for this, as golf has become a fun experience. I am so looking forward to doing another Combine school with Joe late fall.

The 3 day combine started days before with the itinerary with what to expect each day. Each day started with a brief meeting over coffee to discuss not only what to expect but also what our game was like and what we wanted to achieve. The 6 hours of special training and drills helped to work on muscle memory and getting the feel to help improve my swing. (Much better than the one hour lesson) now that i am in the follow up training weeks the homework plan provided has been amazing. Drills designed specifically for me to help improve my problem areas. I definitely like Joes overall coaching style.

I enjoyed the student to instructor ratio, which allowed a close relationship to develope immediately. It was nice to know my faults and have structure and feed back to apply corrective positions to work on and then see results right at the school. Joe's knowledge was apparent though out the course!

Absolutely had a first class experience at the Combine Golf School with Coach Joe DiChiara. Joe is super personable, knowledgable and has experiences that only elite golf coaches have.
What I most enjoyed about the school was that it was 100 percent personalized and is not a "one swing fits all" school at all.
Every portion of my game was meticuliously accessed, recorded, then and broken down into easy to understand concepts and drills, vastly improving all areas of my ball striking and overall game.
The 3 day school was only the beginning though. Coach Joe developed a personal training / practice guide for my individual golf game and has a specialized app. where I can send my swing videos where he continues to monitor /analyze my progress and offer more coaching.
Very worthwhile for the motivated golfer who wants to vastly improve their game.

The Combine School came to my home club in Montana with Joe as the coach. What a great experience. I only stared golfing in the last 7 years and normally shoot around 100, I was looking for a way to improve my total game and work towards bogy golf. Joe's hands-on teaching approach over the three days was top notch. It was slow enough I did not get overwhelmed with all the changes I need to make to improve. Also, the Practice Plan that Joe put together, I can use now and in the following years. I highly recommend the Combine School, the money spent was well worth it.

I a trended a 3 day Combine Golf school. I had spent hours evaluating coaches and various schools and ultimately chose Combine. The approach of individual assessment then specific coaching tailored to the needs uncovered in the assessment was a great fit for me. In addition to the school I have access to coaching that is tailored to the areas of my game the assessment found as weaknesses. I’ve had multiple online interactions with my coach using video analysis of the practice drills I left the school with. My coach was able to give me a minor technical adjustments and other specific drills to continue my improvement plan. So far so good with Combine. I’m getting more from the program than I expected.

Joe is one of the best instructors out there. I went to one of his 3 day coaching schools and it was the best decision I've made since I bought my last driver ;). He is able to diagnose swing faults at a different level than you're used to. He knows what you're doing as well as why you're doing it, just by looking at a couple swings. Turns out my swing fault was caused by something completely opposite of what I thought it was, which was why I was still sucking.. We worked on every part of the game, full swing, chipping, putting and bunker play. I'm not exaggerating when I say that there was one major piece of instruction he gave me in every one of those parts that has transformed my game. One might say an "aha moment" for each phase of the game. My only regret is that I don't get to see him more often. I'm specifically going out to AZ on a golf trip to go see him one on one when I get out there. He's the best.

Great to have a professional teacher assess my swing and help me learn to tweak it to improve my contact with the ball. I have added 20-30 yards to my irons and improved accuracy because of what I learned in the 3 day school. I’ve been playing for over 60 years and now I’m excited about playing again!
