Absolutely unmatched customer service, speed, and quality. Needed the CDs for an upcoming show on March 12th and I only sent the order a week before the gig, a couple days went by and I had a call from short run telling me that I hadn’t sent CD artwork and they were trying to contact me via email but I didn’t realise. Short Run had 4 days to get the CDs finished and sent across the country to me, and yet they arrived a full day before the gig. I couldn’t be happier with the quality and I will always use short run for my CD printing. Thanks guys!

This has been my second project working with Short Run now, and both have been spot on.

CDs and packing are of great quality based on the WAVs and artwork I supplied. Prices are fair and communication from the company was fantastic with realistic lead times and helpful replies to any questions that arose.

Expect more orders from us in the future if we need a restock!

I am a complete novice and this was my first sortie into book publishing. I had been passed a crate of jumbled scribblings that my late Mother in Law had written years ago, consisting of poems, short stories and plays. I felt that they were too valuable to consign to the rubbish bin, and decided to make the collection into a book, copies of which will be given to the family at a Memorial service next month.
Somehow I stumbled across Short Run Press and was fortunate enough to be guided by Kevin who was a star, and so patient! A massive thank you to everyone at SRP, and Kevin in particular, who made all this possible. Bless you all, Christine

High quality music CDs from the artwork and WAVs I sent. Sounds and looks great. Very clear website with options for CDs well explained. My art files were too big to upload so just shared Dropbox links. Good value. Arrived promptly and well packaged. Great that you can order just 25 CDs. Have used twice now. Graeme was quick to respond to any questions. If you are a songwriter not registered with PRS it's worth knowing before the CDs can be printed you still need to get a licence from them even if the songs are all your own and they are not collecting royalties for you. You ask PRS for an AP2 form to fill in and they send the documentation back and there is no licence fee to pay. Took me a while to work out as it does not say on PRS website or Short run website, which is only reason i gave four not five star rating but this may not apply to many people.

Graeme was a great help in getting the artwork for printing onto the CD organised. He pointed out the name of a software package that did the job I wanted and helped me get the correct resolution for him to lift my artwork straight to the CD. As it was only a 5 song EP I wanted to keep the costs down. This was achieved and the finished CD is great and looks fantastic. It also sounds great. The turnaround was very good too, in less than two weeks, considering the postal strikes were already having an impact.

Not bad but very defensive staff quick to deny and not even consider criticism.

Designs weren't bad but by no means good. Low resolution templates and no clear direction of what I could adjust, and so when the designs came to me and looked poor, warped print, mis-coloured etc. I was told this was MY fault with MY designs and then denied future service for a whole new, different project.

He never mentioned the "issues" with my designs and printed them as is. If there was actual issues with my designs (there wasn't) then why didn't he mention them? Why didn't he correct them if he KNEW they were there.

Waste of time speaking to with him through email. He's mentally not okay.

If you are someone who just wants a tacky, okay-ish design of a CD then I guess this guy might be okay but if you are actually passionate about your projects, and want them to be the best they can be, then do NOT order from this guy.

Great service, I'm a bit of a technophobe and was expecting emails and phone calls asking for clarification or telling me that what I'd sent was unusable. But no, a week after sending them my rough demo wav files and some DIY artwork, my 50 cd's turned up, looking and sounding way better than I ever imagined they would. Brilliant service, I'll definitely be back!

Smooth. Fast replies and really helpful when I called and needed help sorting out what templates to use. 8 days between ordering and delivery. Good prices, and really love the fact that you can order limited amounts. Would use their services again without hesitation.

I've had 2 lots of dual-layer DVDs duplicated by Short-run now and both have been excellent. As they say, their attention to detail is really good: if you use their templates for artwork and stuff the finished article is really first class. Ordering was very simple (I had a very good email interchange with and support from Graeme); payment worked fine by BACS and I was kept informed on projected despatch dates. The delivery arrived as promised: packing was very good and they even included spare DVD covers and inserts - and a packet of Haribos!! (Nice touch). Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Great-looking CDs, promptly delivered, at a reasonable price. Would recommend to any band/artist looking to get started with a small physical release.
