Tom at CD Unity was great and easy to work with and the digipaks arrived in time for our launch. We're grateful for the quick turnaround time as well.

Tom was amazing and extremely helpful with getting our requirements over the line. Having not used this type of service before, Tom guided us through each step and kept us notified of progress. The end product looked and sounded great.

Throughout the whole process the CD Unity team were communicating and advising where needed. They work late and hard to make sure you get your items. We ordered 100 CD albums for a certain date and they arrived on time and in perfect condition. Will definitely order again!

I have used CD unity for a few years now for physical CD’s of different releases and EP’s, they have been so helpful when it came to putting together the artwork, they did meet quick turnarounds and the quality is good, I have had no issues :)

took my my money very efficiantly. the fortnight delivery turned into two months, with zero comunication. The worst experiance i have ever had with a company.

We have a launch for our new C.D and we reached out to these guys and they did a stellar job. They actually got our c.ds to us within around 2/3 weeks. We knew it would be tight but they did it. Thanks so much.

The most Disappointing Experience Ive ever had .
Ordered CDs In October , Tom was very nice when i was ordering . as soon as the payment went through . They stopped picking up the phone and communication over email became very stressful as they kept changing the date of arrival and coming up with every excuse as too why the CDs hadn't arrived.

They completely stopped answering my emails in Dec. I managed to get my money back through my bank.

Missed all the Christmas sales and didn't have CDs for my Launch event .

Cant express how angry I am .

Where to begin!?

I placed an order from cd unity back in early November 2025, it is now January 2026 two months later, and not only has my consignment not arrived...but the company are totally ignoring my correspondence.

After some digging, it appears that the parent company (whom are collecting payments for CD Unity's services under the alias "Audio Unity Group PLC")...were compulsorily struck off the companies house register in 2021!?

So CD unity are receiving payments under the name of a dissolved entity!?

I made two orders last year and was very happy with the price and quality, even if delivery was a little unpredictable. This year, it is now seven weeks since my order; emails not responded to, phone either not answered or switched off. Will I eventually get anything? My advice: go somewhere else.

Addition, March 2026: The CDs didn't arrive, I cancelled my order, CD Unity wouldn't give me my money back, I sent the emails to my bank (Nationwide) and they got my money back with little fuss.

I waited 7 weeks for the product I paid for but it never arrived. They haven't communicated with me in the last four weeks. They haven't responded to my emails. I was able to get my money back through the bank. I don't recommend anyone to order from them.

Made an express order one month ago. Two weeks ago communication stopped altogether and all my emails went unreplied. Still haven’t received my CDs.

Initial communication was great, they responded well, sent sample copies, and were generally helpful.
When the finished product arrived at my door, only half the amount of CDs was there. CD Unity blamed the delivery company, then when that drew a blank they said they would reprint and send the missing CDs, plus an extra 200 at an agreed discounted price.
That was the point at which CD Unity ceased to reply to any messages, from me, my partner (in this joint CD production), and eventually from the Musicians' Union.
CD Unity have been paid for 800 CDs and have delivered 300. So it's off to the small claims court, which will be costly and very time-consuming for all concerned.
