I was upset and emailed Wear Remi about not receiving a sweater I ordered- I received an email back explaining that it was due to Covid related issues and extended shipping times was listed on the website. Worst Company and Customer Service EVER
Im literally so annoyed i emailed the company days before my shirt shipped to cancel the order and conveniently they didn’t respond and now I’m waiting for a product that is shipping from a terrible factory section in China and i didn’t even get a shipping confirmation for two weeks UNTIL I SENT THE EMAIL i ordered from this brand thinking it was a small business and it turns out it’s completely unethical and overpriced. And it’s taking forever to get here too because even though the “brand” has claimed in the past that they do not buy from companies like shein it has a longer shipping time than even shein and the customer service is absolutely terrible. I will never be ordering again and this is a warning to do the same.

Will not use again
The items took over a month to arrive and they did not arrive all at once. Some packages arriving several weeks after the first packages did. A few of my items never arrived.
The return process was difficult. No return slips come with the packages and I had to specifically email them to get a proper return address. They were helpful over email for the most part; however, they claimed an item had arrived when it had not.
If you're looking for a quick and easy shopping experience, this is not the place.
