worst quality EVER and steals $$; returned my item for a refund but they gave me store credit. would not accommodate a refund even though the clothes were so awful and no one in their right mind would spend actual money on them.

I ordered a dress 3 YEARS AGO with DHL express shipping and it literally never came. I messaged on IG and nothing was done, sent emails and had no response. I paid nearly $25 for express shipping on an already $50 dress! Don’t buy anything from them.

A SCAM Literally left a review and you guys deleted it here’s one with the tracking information so you don’t just delete me telling the truth.
I ordered things costing over £129 and have had NO response about where they are or even a refund. THIS WAS A YEAR AGO and still no response from them. Terrible service and a definite SCAM will never get that money back realistically and I doubt even more I’ll ever get any clothes from it. Really upset and will never use their website again DON’T USE.

I ordered one top about a month ago now and have heard nothing in regards to the package being shipped. I’ve also reached out three different times asking about an eta and what is going on and have had 0 responses from the team. The store link on instagram is now also apparently down or not working. This is an absolute joke and a waste of money. Please do yourself a favour and do not stop from here.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. I spent $70 on my order from almost a year ago and never received my order. I have reached out many many times to get my money back and have been ignored. They are a scam company. Don’t trust them.

Never got my order. I ordered a $50 dress for an event and it has been 4 months. I called and emailed but no response. This website seems like a scam. I got a text from them 3 days ago saying they have a unshipped item for me. I replied and STILL no response. I want my money back!!!!

I recently purchased several items of clothing from Wear Remi, including a dress, a top. I was really impressed with the quality of the clothing - the items felt well-made and durable, and the fabric held up well after washing and wearing. The fit was true to size, and I didn't encounter any issues in that regard.

In terms of style, I really loved the overall aesthetic of Wear Remi's clothing. The pieces I purchased matched the product images on the website, and I received many compliments when wearing them out.

Finally, the shopping experience was a breeze. The website was easy to navigate, and my items arrived in a timely manner. I didn't have any issues with customer service. Overall, I would definitely recommend Wear Remi to anyone looking for high-quality, stylish women's clothing.

This is my second bad review on this company for the same order. I would put 0 stars is i could. First time for lengthy shipping now because my dress I ordered didn’t look like anything that was in the picture. I emailed them right away for return and my money back but I have emailed them like 3 times and they haven’t responded back to me, I don’t know what to do I don’t even know where to return the dress back on. I don’t recommend this company at all, they are so unprofessional. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!

So I had had some little problems before, but they ended up being resolved and I ended up sending back my order (#5938) to get a refund. I had a tracking number for the return, and it has now been a week that it says it has been delivered. I have written to the company multiple emails and Instagram DMs since I have sent the package almost 2 weeks ago, but even when I have told them that they should have received it, I have gotten no answer. I am not mad about it, since I know they sometimes take a certain amount of time to answer, but this 2-week delay is making me worried now.

The shipping took quite long, but it is made up for with quality of the shirt I purchased. All in all 4 stars, because of the time of shipping.

I received the order ONE MONTH LATER when I paid about $48 dollars more for INTERNATIONAL EXPRESS SHIPPING TO MEXICO.
Once they send me a tracking number that said that the destination was to the United States, they send me ANOTHER that was for Mexico.
I waited and received the package a few days ago, I opened it and discovered that they sent me another dress that was not. The one that I ordered it’s called “COUTURE TULLE MINI DRESS” in black and I received “DIARY SECRETS MINI MESH DRESS”.
I want to contact the brand, please, to make a refund, since there is no information on the website.

I really enjoy the tank top it’s super cute and the material is very comfortable, however I emailed as well as direct messaged Wear Remi the day after purchasing the tank top asking to cancel the order. No one ever got back to me and the tank top ended up coming in about a month later.

If you were thinking of ordering from this company, don't. I placed an order on February 25 and now as of March 29 I still have not received my order. They say that it takes up to 10 days for your order to ship and to allow up to 20 business days for your order to be delivered. I thought this was really weird since no company I've ever ordered from before big and small has taken this long. Turns out they're drop shipping your order from china and that's why it takes so long. If I had known this from the start I would never have ordered from them and would have ordered from Aliexpress where I found the dress for 1/3 of the price I paid. My order has been stuck in California since March 23 and today March 29 was delivered to somewhere in California, I live in Pennsylvania. I don't know how this gets screwed up so much but it's unacceptable at this point. You can't get through to the company unless you leave a review and they aren't helpful in the slightest. Listen to other reviewers and don't buy from here. My order number is 5821.

I have never written a bad review before but When I originally ordered i got this fabulous dress and i was so excited to get it. It never came and they gave me a refund but it wasn’t enough to buy the dress again. I got other two corsets but one of them did not look like the picture and the cup was almost backwards and the other was just low quality. I just wanted the original dress. The clothes took almost 3 months to come in and just shop somewhere else

Ordered 4 separate tops (Order No. 5742), and only received 3 of the 4 and they don't fit (even though I ordered a size that I always wear and read the site regarding how the fit will be). I attempted to contact the company to begin the return/refund process on multiple occasions and have failed to receive a response. First contact was on February 22nd, no response and then again on March 11th, no response! I simply need to return items, this should not be this hard!

The dress is beautiful! It took a while to ship, but I was able to contact support and they let me know it was on the way. Looks just like the picture, and I love that the sleeves are a separate piece; it’s great either way!

I am still awaiting a reply from my inquiry on 19th February regarding the tracking that said my Australian order was delivered - to Massachussets, USA. Please resolve this by contacting me as soon as possible or I will need to start the Paypal resolution process.

UPDATE Thanks Wear Remi for getting back to me. I hope the new tracking details are correct. And I hope the order arrives soon. Than you also for the $20 credit voucher for the mistake. An extra star has been added. I will add more if garment arrives.

FURTHER UPDATE:

Garment arrived. Happy that it has although I thought I was paying for a silk dress but tags say 100% polyester. Not sure I'll purchase anything more from Wear Remi despite credit voucher.

Very satisfied with the quality of the Catherine Seamless Cami and the Remi Chic Bra Tank i purchased. Got size small and it fits perfectly and is the length is what I wanted (i.e. cropped but not too cropped). Comes with thick bra padding, but I prefer to take out and wear the top without it. Will definitely purchase from again in future.

My grand total was about $175... With how much that they charge for their clothing I was expecting more quality but unfortunately the clothes had loose seams and some were falsely advertised :(. I bought a corduroy jacket and it looked nice in the pictures but in real life, it was so thin like a shirt. It took a while to get here (a month or two). After waiting all that time the clothes were soo small. The sizing is weird, arms are so tight and short.
Tried for a return, they make you pay for shipping, and you only get 14 days.. half of that time is cut short because it takes about a week to get their return shipping address since customer support is unfortunately slow to respond. They only refund through store credit too! Because of the short return policy, my return was denied and they still want me to pay the shipping to get my items back :(. I wasted nearly $180, please don't make the same mistake as I did.
Edit: My order was placed on 11/30/2021, shipped on 12/6/2021, and partially received on 12/30/2021.. the jacket came *about* a week later.
I tried filing a return request through the website a few days after receiving my final item since I did not want to pay $20 in total for two different packages. However, I received no response for a few days (close to a week) from filing a request. I emailed you guys and finally got a shipping return address on 1/10/2022. I understand if I was three days late and the refund is to be denied.. but to say I took a month to refund my items is also a false statement. How was I supposed to return anything without the shipping address? Also having to pay another $10 to get my unwearable items back is frustrating. The refund process is unfortunately disorganized. 80% of my shopping is done online and I've never had a problem refunding before now.
