This is a standard procedure to prevent fraud and from other people making false claims.We understand this may seem unusual, but it is a common practice among insurance companies when processing claims for lost packages.

Unfortunately, we have no control over this process of how an insurance company needs to verify a claim.

However, we are committed to helping you through this process and have already submitted all the necessary paperwork on your behalf.

The final step is for you to verify your identity to complete the claim.

Thank you for your feedback, regarding your Pre order it was estimated to ship Nov 25th, There was a an unforeseen shipping delay in which we emailed you Nov 24th, letting you know that your order will be shipped Dec 6th.
